Enjoy our spacious, North Scottsdale home with a private pool & yard. Our home offers a well appointed interior, coffee bar, cable & internet. Located conveniently off the 101 freeway; a short drive to Old town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter shopping centers.

*We want to note that our home pool and community pool are not heated; however our community spa is heated year round.

*We offer a Queen Blowup mattress to comfortably sleep 6 total in the home upon request.

February stay

Very clean property in lovely neighborhood. Beds are hard. Community pool and spa excellent. Lovely townhome with comfortable sofas and plenty of tvs. Lovely coffee bar that we enjoyed each morning.

Fantastic location and quiet neighborhood!

After researching several locations, we decided on this property. It had a great layout and was super clean! This property was also recently renovated. We also appreciate the communication from the owner whenever we needed something! Our son lives in Scottsdale and we plan on staying at this same location again in the future! Great value and location!

WM tournament

We would highly recommend this property. Was convenient to restaurants and the TPC WM tournament. The home was very clean and communication with host was excellent. No issues at all

Very nice home and location in N Scottsdale

This two bedroom, two-bath home is very nice and well appointed. Both bedrooms are spacious and the master opened to the backyard as well where there is covered seating, poop and open space with turf. Inside we found the kitchen, dining and living areas spacious and conducive to our family that included an infant. The owners unexpectedly provided a highchair and a pak n's play that were perfect and appreciated. As most home pools are not heated in Phoenix during the winter, we walked the short distance to the community pool / hot tub for a relaxing afternoon as well. We would recommend this home to others.

Spring Break

Father/Son golf trip to Scottsdale. We stayed four nights, playing golf at TPC Scottsdale, We-Ko-Pa, and Grayhawk. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within a cul-de-sac. It is conveniently close to TPC Scottsdale and a short drive to We-Ko-Pa and Grayhawk, with plenty of shopping and dining options just outside the neighborhood. The house offers two luxurious king-size bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Outside, the patio provided the perfect spot to unwind by the pool after our round of golf. Access to the house was hassle-free, with towels, toiletries, and a welcoming basket provided. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area.

Couple getaway

We rented this house based on the recommendation of friends. We booked even before our friends had stayed here. The booking process was a breeze. Folks at the management were friendly and we received our booking acceptance within 2 minutes. When we arrived we were blown away by the house, pool, furnishing and especially the cleanliness. The first morning we had a slight problem with one of the appliances, the issue was resolved within the hour. Communication with the hosts was very easy. They are nice people to deal with. We will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully return again. Location of home is on a nice quiet street close enough to shopping and many other attractions. Mountains are visible and only a ten minute drive away.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, Jonathan was an exceptional host—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The home was beautifully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved spending time by the pool, which was clean, inviting, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed.
