The property is beautiful and well kept. Kate was lovely to communicate with throughout the stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and each room had the additional beds and bedding needed. The pool was great for the kids. There were pool noodles and life vests which weren't mentioned in the listing but came in essential for us so we're very thankful for that since the pool is a bit deep. The game room in the basement was an awesome surprise as well. We will gladly look to book this house again.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. Kate is an excellent host, communication is great from her. The house was clean and stocked with some essentials for cleaning, even a couple of things in the pantry we forgot and thought we would have to do without! The pool, sauna and game room were a hit. Very spacious house, able to have space to yourself if needed or plenty of room to gather and socialize through out. One thing we did learn was no one delivers there, it’s a little bit of drive to get to town but it’s a nice drive. As for the layout, the one living room is sunken so you have a couple of stairs to go down to get into it. To get into the main part of the house there are also steps once you’re inside. If you’re traveling with anyone with mobility issues I recommend someone go in first to get the front door opened for them. Those stairs are much easier to navigate.

Dear Kim, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review! We are thrilled to hear that you had an amazing stay and that the pool, sauna, and game room were such big hits with your group. It’s wonderful to know that the extra pantry essentials came in handy and that the spacious layout gave everyone the perfect balance of gathering space and privacy. We also truly appreciate you sharing those helpful tips for future guests. While our quiet location offers a peaceful escape, it definitely comes with the trade-off of limited delivery options and a quick drive into town. Your practical advice regarding the interior stairs and front entry accessibility is incredibly thoughtful and will be a great resource for families traveling with mobility considerations. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime! Warmly, Kate

Great large house

We stayed at this house with 15 adults and a baby and it was perfect. Plenty of rooms, a grill, indoor pool, gym, hot tub, all working great. Easy check-in and check-out process. Not tons of annoying rules and fine print which was very much appreciated. Overall a simple rental process, and a fun house for a large group.
