We have two houses that are back to back. Please message if interested. *5min. Walk to the waterfall at Paris Mtn. State Park

*Perfect for a group/family!

Master bedroom is a king bed, the second bedroom is a king bed, and the third bedroom is two full beds. There are two full bathrooms.

Onsite washer & dryer, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, chip clips, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels. One large TV and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a second TV in the lounge room.

Large patio space with fire pit, outdoor tables and seating, grill, and corn hole. Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations with friends and family!

The mural on the side of our home was painted by my daughter. :)

Very quiet area. Because we are near the state park, be aware that we sometimes see bears, foxes, hawks, deer, and other wildlife nearby. 1 mile drive from the Park entrance, 1/2 mile walk to the waterfall. You will need to buy a day pass if you drive your car in.

House Rules:

**We have security cameras only on the exterior of the property.

- Check in is anytime after 4PM
- Check out by 10AM
- Self check in with keypad on door

My family of 4 selected this home for a 4-day holiday visit with extended family in Greenville. We loved it!As others have said, the home is much larger than it looks. We found it to be updated, clean and well-maintained. Having just 1 level was convenient. Even though we weren’t home much, we loved the two separate living rooms with big TVs in each, in the extremely comfortable sofas.The owners were very thoughtful with all the supplies, including extra toothbrushes and the like. They were also very easy to communicate with.We didn’t have time to play ping-pong or explore the park, we’ll have to come back again!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. The home was spotless and immediately felt warm and welcoming, like a true home away from home. The beds and pillows were pure luxury — every single one of us had the best sleep ever! It’s rare to find a place where everyone wakes up refreshed, but this stay delivered.The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were delighted with our stay! The house was perfect! So clean and welcoming! You can tell the owners have taken the time to think of everything you may need for your stay! It’s beautifully decorated and close to so many things! We were in town for a wedding at View Point at Buckhorn Creek and this proved to be the perfect location! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond making sure our stay was seamless. Can’t recommend this house enough !

Wish we could have stayed longer

A true gem - wonderful getaway house - beautifully decorated and taken care of - we wish we could have stayed longer - great quiet location yet close to Greenville and everything you could need. Two family rooms and three large bedrooms - comfortable and modern all at once. The owner was readily available, super friendly and ready to answer any questions, even giving helpful restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Greenville Getaway!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and immaculate. We enjoyed the comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. Perfect location, right across the street from a State Park, and just a few minutes to downtown Greenville. The hosts were very attentive and kind, checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We asked for suggestions about dining, sightseeing, and shopping, and promptly received great suggestions from them. I highly recommend this lovely home. Many thanks to our hosts!

Amazing!

This house is perfect, with all the amenities that you don’t get in a typical home rental. The host is extremely communicative and accommodating. We definitely will stay here again when we are back in Greenville!

Great House for a Relaxing Vacation

My wife and I rented the "Paris Mountain House" during the Christmas/New Year holiday break to visit family members who live in the area. Our daughter, son in law and granddaughter stayed with us. The house is clean and tastefully furnished/decorated, with careful attention to the little details that make for an enjoyable stay: spacious kitchen with everything you need, living room plus family room (both with smart TVs), solo stove and chairs in the back yard, washer and dryer, etc. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. The host was very responsive but not at all intrusive with communications. And there is so much to do in the area. Paris Mountain is great for hiking. We did the Sassafras Loop and the Sulphur Springs Trail, where we encountered four small waterfalls. The park entrance is just a quarter mile down the road and it has multiple hiking/biking trails plus four lakes. Downtown Greenville is less than 20 minutes away. The Reedy River Falls are a must-see in the heart of downtown but there is so much to choose from (the Swamp Rabbit Trail, concerts at the Peace Center, Swamp Rabbits Hockey, or in the summer minor league baseball at Fluor Field, which is a replica of Boston's Fenway Park). Traveler's Rest is about 10 minutes away and has lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts provided a very helpful binder with useful information including things to see and do in the Greenville area. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here while attending an outdoor wedding at the near state park. The home was exactly as described, convenient, easy, perfect! Communication was great, I added an extra day to my stay prior to arriving, and had no trouble making changes to my reservation. 100% I will stay here again next time I am in the area.

Cherished Time

Walking into this home brought joy to my heart. I was welcomed with a tree, the scent of Christmas and soft carols playing. Shawna and Kent truly care about how their home is viewed and shared. So very grateful. With the upcoming marriage of my youngest daughter, we gathered at this beautiful home and shared memories and hopes for the future. All cherished. Grateful for the time together with my girls in such a peaceful location.

The property was the most beautiful scene that I have encountered in a while. There was so much tranquility and peace in the surrounding area and within the home you could feel an overwhelming calmness come over you. This was just a delightful place to stay for the weekend and we had such a wonderful time. I will definitely be booking here again.

Paris Mountain State Park Wedding

We stayed as my niece was getting married at the state park. The location was perfect and do close to the park gate. The property is spotlessly clean! It also has high touch amenities like washer pods, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Loved the house and host!!!
