Nestled on the back of the property behind a main house (not for guest use), this fully furnished guest house is accessible through a shared driveway beside the main home.

You will have access to the entire guest house and the private courtyard at the back of the property. The main home located at the front of the property is occupied by long term tenants. (Please see listing photos for a satellite view of the orientation)



Please be mindful not to leave the firepit or grill unattended. It`s important to note that we cannot assume liability for any damages resulting from guest actions. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our property.



The property has one doorbell camera and on camera on the front left corner of the home. Both are actively recording the driveway.



Please note that the home is surrounded by beautiful, mature trees, which attract a few playful squirrels. From time to time, you may hear them running or playing on the roof. Rest assured, there are no squirrels or other wildlife inside the attic or under the home—these areas have been professionally checked and secured.
