About The Baylor House
Enjoy your stay at The Baylor House located in the Heart of Waco near multiple events, venues and an endless list of "Thing to do in Waco". This centralized location is minutes away from Baylor University, Magnolia Market, Cameron Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, The Mammoth National Monument, Texas Ranger Museum, The Brazos River and much more. You and your guest will enjoy the large space inside and out! Come enjoy the outdoor firepit and spend quality time together, making unforgettable memories!
The Space
The Baylor House offers 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. No more fighting over the bathroom as you get ready for your day while visiting Waco. Each bedroom not only has its own bathroom, but they also have their own theme. The Classic Hollywood room has a king size bed along with the additional bedrooms having queen size beds named The World Room, The Key Room and the Branch Room. The Key Room offers a desk for those needing to study or work while away from home. Enjoy the 55' TV, outdoor grill, firepit, and family games! Our goal is for you to have your home away from home while visiting at the Baylor House.
Guest Access
Guest will have access to all sections of the home with exception of a closet/storage room.
Interaction with Guests
Communication and response during your stay is our skillset, as we aim to provide a seamless experience.

Absolutely wonderful. All of it. And, unlike many listings, completely as advertised and a breath of fresh air. Such a beautiful and well kept place. Very clean, very comfortable, very well stocked. And the hosts? Oh, the hosts! Michael and Kim went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute stay and couldn't have been more responsive and gracious. And during the holidays no less! We're so very grateful, and we will, without a doubt, stay here again when we return to Waco.

This house is perfect for families of older kids or multiple couples. Convenient location, very clean, spacious, killer backyard fire pit area, quiet and every bedroom has their own bath!Highly recommend it!

Everything was in working order with lots of thoughtful extras like Keurig pods and nice kitchen, stocked bathrooms.This did not interfere with our stay but only access to cute seating in backyard is through front door to front side gate.

Great location! Would rent again

There were 4 adults for our 3-night stay. We were attending Baylor/OU softball games. The location was near the ballpark and restaurants. House was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful home!

It was so nice to have 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The home was neat and clean and very near Baylor University. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family Christmas vacation was excellent. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed . The location was great and private. Would return again!

This property worked out great for us. We had a niece graduate from Baylor with a doctor degree in physical therapy and we needed the 4 bed 4 bath home for 8 adults.

The home is very nice, very clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. The house is decorated very cute. We are a group of older women who did a lot of cooking. These were out issues:1. Two of the bathroom sinks are still running slow2. Not enough trash bags and they should be the TALL kitchen ones to fit the trash can. 3. Not enough plates. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal.4. Barely enough dish soap.5. The filters need changing in the fridge. No ice or water from the door.6. One of the hair dryers didn't work. One hair dryer missing.7. Lamps in the primary bedroom didn't work. we used one from the living room. 8. not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms. 9. Overall the house is so nice, but the supplies were short.

Sweet bungalow

We came to Waco for a 50th birthday celebration and the Baylor House was perfect. We were minutes from downtown Waco where we could shop and eat. We walked through the quiet neighborhood in the morning. We were right outside of Baylor and it was wonderful seeing the campus, but we never felt like we were on a college campus. The house was perfect with the 4 bedrooms and individual bathrooms. All of the amenities of home for a perfect girls weekend.

The house matched the pictures and description, and the backyard was a great space for our dogs. We just wish there had been a direct door leading to the yard, since we had to leash them and walk out the front to get there. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean. One of the fabric chairs had dog urine on a leg, the couch had stains, and there was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds. The ceiling fans were covered in dust as well, and we noticed several waterbugs/roaches, so spraying for pests would be helpful. Communication with the hosts was disappointing. I requested a late checkout for noon instead of 11 am, messaging the night before and again on the morning of checkout, but didn’t receive any response until hours after checkout was already over. The neighborhood also felt a little unsafe, as I overheard a couple arguing down the street, when taking my dogs out at 5am and heard a loud noise one night at 2 am that woke my dog up as well as myself.On the positive side, the A/C worked great, and the beds were comfortable. I liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was decorated cute, and the backyard was large and nice for the dogs to run around and had seats to hang out back. Overall, I gave the house 3 stars for the cleanliness, owner communication, and area.
