It is conveniently located at US 441 and about 8 min from I-75 in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood between Ocala and Gainesville. Our guests can relax in a completely renovated home that features a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry, and backyard.

The house is equipped with central A/C, electric fireplace, two smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and Keyless code entry. The main bedroom has a King size bed with a memory foam mattress and comfy pillows, the second bedroom has two twin beds and if needed, the living room sofa can be converted into a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with basics for preparing and eating meals. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with all the necessary items. The vast backyard has a fire pit area and nice outdoor furnishings.

Located in Marion County, Florida “The Horse Capital of the World”, there are many horse shows and equestrian venues all year round as well as horseback riding trails and tours. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainments within a short driving distance from the property. The University of Florida, CHI University, VA Hospital, and the historic towns of Micanopy, McIntosh and Ocala are also nearby.

For Outdoors and adventures lovers, the house is surrounded with plenty of activities for the whole family: ziplines, hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, boating, hunting, fishing, bird watching and much more. The nearest attractions are The Canyons Zip Line and Adventure Park, World Equestrian Center, Rainbow Spring, Silver Springs, Paynes Prairie Preserve, Ocala National Forrest, Lake Ocklawaha, Ginnie Springs, and the Florida Museum of Natural History.
