Perfect Boulder home

We had the best stay at this beautiful home with Mountain views. It was perfect for our family of 6! We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location. Accessible to everything.

We choose Boulder as a central point for many planned trips within Colorado. Denver, Estes, Rocky Mountain National Park, Nederlands, Eldorado Canyon, Fort Collins, and even Cheyenne. All were so very accessible from this well-positioned home so close to downtown Boulder. The home was clean and exactly as described and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communications with the Property Manager were excellent. Highly responsive. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen looked newly remodeled and was functional. Oddly, there was no microwave, but that didn't negatively impact my family. We used the available toaster oven to heat up various foods. The only recommendation I would offer the home owners would be to offer some shade or window-covering in the primary bathroom. It's a terrific bathroom and the steam shower is phenomenal. But the window that looks directly into the bathroom may be a little unsettling for those who are more modest. We didn't mind this much as the steam shower sufficiently fogs the shower stall so you do get some privacy from that. I also want to compliment the owners on their flexibility with the heating system. I've rented other places that try to restrict what the renter can do with the heat. We had a few particularly cold nights and it was nice that we could ourselves adjust the heat to accommodate my family's comfort. Overall, I definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

My family and I stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience with the home and HHC. The house is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor space, and a fantastic newly renovated kitchen - we also very much appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was to cook and gather together. Plus, the views can’t be beat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Renewal after Daughter's wedding

We truly enjoyed the house, amenities and location! Well stocked pantry and kitchen. Grilled and ate outside the first night. Super relaxing and comfortable (with amazing views). Basement bedroom had heated floors and was toasty warm. Steam shower upstairs was amazing. The hot tub and sauna were easy to use. Great neighborhood to walk around with walking trails nearby. Easy driving access to anywhere in the area and plenty of ride shares available. Our biggest challenge was locking the front door, but the video provided solved this problem:-) Even check-out was trouble free. We arrived exhausted and left renewed.

Overall it was great. The condition of the property was clean but also “felt” like a rental more so than other VRBO’s we’ve stayed in previously.
