We stayed for all of November, 2025. When one has to say, “It could have been worse,” you know it was bad.FULL SIZE BEDS, NOT QUEEN. Both beds are each 54 inches wide, not disclosed in the listing.Two grown adults cannot sleep in one FULL SIZE BED with any comfort.The full size bed in the north bedroom is well used and lumpy. THE STINK. What drove us out of the north bedroom was the powerful smell of urine. I tried to wash the bathroom floor with dish soap, but it did not change anything. Like an unwanted roommate, the stink in that bathroom/bedroom never left during our stay. We slept in the other bedroom for the remaining 25 nights.THE FILTHY FLOORS. When we arrived, there were black footprints in the tub that I thought were from guests running to the pool over asphalt. Not so. Our feet were black from the floors. NO WEATHERSTRIPPING UNDER THE FRONT DOOR. In classic slum lord style, these folks don’t fix anything. There is a one inch space between the threshold and the door--you can see the sidewalk. In November, the wind coming under that door was cold. I worried for our dog. In warmer weather, I would worry about critters.Contributing to the cold is the blower that blows only cold air and not being able to control the thermostat.FEW AMENITIES.No butter knives , few dishes. Weak Wi-Fi, no"welcome book' to explain their stupid TV. Bernardo is a MYTH. His last comment on email was, "can you take a picture of this?" He is out of the area and not available.
