Enjoy a vacation away in this one-level, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom well decorated beachy cottage, just minutes from Southampton Village. The open kitchen/living/dining area is perfect a family gathering, hosting a dinner party, or a relaxing in the sun with your favorite book. Skylights bring in tons of sunlight, and beautiful sunsets can be seen lighting up the expansive backyard with a swing set. You can enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer months and get your workout in outdoors or at the pool house which is equipped with Peloton tread and Peloton bike. The décor is beach contemporary. The large kitchen provides everything you could need to cook a feast and entertain your guests. 5 minute drive to Southampton town center restaurants and shops, the Parish museum, and beaches and other Hamptons festivities such as the wineries, children's museum of the east end, and the Montauk lighthouse and more!

Margaux was a lovely host and the property was clean, beautiful, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed to enjoy our stay. We fit seven people comfortably and the backyard was top-tier.

Wonderful week

So fortunate to have found this home on VRBO! We had family in from Ireland and hosted them at this beautiful residence, everyone had an amazing time. We highly recommend this home for your vacation you won’t be disappointed, it is a truly lovely place !!!

House matched the pictures. It was nice and clean. Host responded promptly. Just wish the weather was nicer. Would definitely consider staying at this house again. Kids had a great time.

Nice weekend getaway

Girls weekend!

This was such a perfect house! The backyard was incredible and private. The house was perfect for us girls to have a weekend together. We all spoke up renting this house every year because of how much we enjoyed it and how many amazing memories we made!

What a wonderful host and location is perfect. They do a great job maintaining the yard, pool, and the house. When we arrived, access was easy. The host Margeau was gracious and made sure our arrival went smoothly. House was spotless and better than the pics on Vrbo. We love to grill and spending time on the deck. We were there a month and we loved it. This house is in the middle of farm stands which was delightful. Halsey is right up the street and is a WOW! Thank you for making our stay lovely.

Perfect Family Retreat

Highly recommend this home! Everything was immaculate, organized and extremely welcoming. Our family specifically loved the backyard, which featured a large lawn and terraced pool - perfect for lounging the day away. Thank you to our host, Margaux, who was extremely responsive and even accommodated a late check out to allow our family to squeeze in one more day together.

Great yard in Water Mill

The house was clean and nice and modern, but the yard was the star of the stay - well outfitted and maintained, something for everyone. We had a dog and a baby with us and everyone was happy. Pool is lovely and the deck has everything for lounging, grilling, and for kids to play. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Summer Rental - Great Location!!!

This rental home was perfect for our family vacation! It is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was a big hit with our young son. The home is located a short drive from the Southampton village shops and restaurants as well as Cooper’s Beach. The location cannot be beat. Margaux was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with - in short, this place is a 10!

Annual Hamptons Trip with the Family

We had a blast! Margaux's property was a perfect fit for my family and had endless toys for our 2-year-old. The backyard was fenced in so our pup could run around all day with no issues. The swing-set was also a hit! Check in and check out were a breeze. We would 100% book this house again for next summer. Thanks for a great week!

Lovely stay!

The property was perfect for our needs! My husband was able to work from the desk in the primary bedroom during the day while my mom and I shopped and explored nearby! Our dog LOVED the backyard and space to explore. We didn’t even need to go venture to the nearby dog park, but that was also super close! As out of towners, unfamiliar with locale, we would recommend bottled water for drinking. Everywhere we went was 5-15 min drive, we very much enjoyed our stay and grateful for the opportunity to be hosted in such a lovely home!

Perfect getaway spot for families!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay— it was the perfect spot for my partner, 2.5yo and dog! Our kid would truly have been content to just stay at the house and play both indoors and out the entire time. The yard is enormous and included swings, a pool, an outdoor water table, and plenty of space to romp around with the dog who was also overjoyed to be able to run so freely. The interior was modern and clean, but felt comfortable for a family. It was fully stocked with the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. There was a child’s bedroom and fun toys for our kiddo to check out. A 5 minute drive from Southampton’s shops and easy access to other beaches, it was exactly what we were looking for! Definitely recommend and would return!

Magical, Mystical, Marvelous!

Beautiful, well-appointed, perfect offerings. Great beds, pillows and linens. A bounty of towels (bath and pool). Good water pressure. Lots of hot water. Great layout. Wonderful outdoor space. Big yard. Perfect pool. Gorgeous neighborhood. Attentive and courteous host. I'm running out of adjectives. Ideal distance to train station, town, beaches. My granddog Wanda loved it too. But I hate writing such a positive review because I don't want anyone to rent it who might not take care of this house -- so that it stays just as nice the next time I go to rent it again. I'll just say please treat this house as well as it treats you.
