Just a little over an hour north of Dallas....
Come check our unique open concept A-frame on Lake Texoma. This home has 2 bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area, work space with WIFI, full kitchen, laundry area, dining space, 1 bathroom, front and back patios with seating, and 2 on-site parking spots. This waterfront property includes large windows with stunning views of Lake Texoma, a large lawn space with fire pit area, and direct lake access for viewing/swimming/water activities/shoreline walks just out your back door.

The house is nestled in a desirable peaceful Texoma neighborhood right on the lake. Within walking distance in the neighborhood, you will discover a fishing cove, mountain bike/hiking trails and the street loop makes for a great route for an early morning run or evening walk. You might even catch a glimpse of some local wildlife like turkeys, deer, cranes and so much more. We'd love to hear what you spot! Our most recent find was the Cormorant diving bird!!

Guests can use entire house, front and back patio, fire pit, lawn and waterfront area during their stay. Guests can park up to 2 cars in front of garage on the driveway.

Personal property unavailable for guest access includes inside locked garage and storage shed, 2 locked and labeled owner's cabinets inside the home and the retaining wall/boat driveway. Please note for safety purposes, we ask guests to refrain from being in, touching or blocking this area.

***Due to sharp U-turn at the end of the street no boats or trailers allowed. Smaller trailers less than 16 feet may be accommodated on property but it must be approved prior to your stay. Keep in mind there are many marinas in the area if you need to find temporary accommodations for your watercraft for a fee.

No smoking or vaping in the home
No wood burning fires or fireworks
No firearms on the property
No events or parties allowed
Only up to 6 registered guests allowed in home during during stay

Loft sleeping area and designated work space is located upstairs and is only accessible via the ships ladder type staircase. It is steep so use caution. For safety purposes, we allow only 1 person on stairs at a time and no children under the age of 8.

The property is lake front and has direct access to the water and lake shoreline. The lawn down to the shoreline is hilly and uneven in some areas due to natural erosion, be aware of tripping hazards when walking. If engaging in water activities, please come prepared with appropriate safety gear and swim with caution. Swim at your own risk and watch children closely.

Lake access is on Army Corp of Engineers Land, please be respectful of the natural landscape and protect the area during your stay.
