This is located in a quiet neighborhood located 30 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, and Disney World.

The home comes with pool toys, board games, a space for an outdoor bar! The outdoor space is enclosed to keep out mosquitos and other pests.
The space
The house has an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, living room and dining room together with lots of natural light.
It has a large back-patio with a pool fully screened. All rooms have closets to store your bags, and it has a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom with access to the pool. Washer and drier are available as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the small appliances that make your stay feel as close to home as possible.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors.

The house is very close to I-4, so you will have quick access to anywhere.

Security cameras on property
There's outdoor surveillance to ensure the safety of the property. Motion-detected cameras are located in front and rear of the house, entrance, driveway, outdoor common area, and pool area. No one is actively monitoring the cameras in real time. There's no surveillance within the home.
