Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen-sized bed with smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with 2 twin-sized bed, Smart-TV

Bedrooms 4 furnished with 1 Queen-sized bed a Smart-TV

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 3 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 1 is located in the first floor next to the living room

Bathroom 2 sits off the master bedroom. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo vanity mirror.

Bathroom 3 is in the hallway in the second floor

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the dining table (seating for six), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. Possible wear and tear might be seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 50” Smart TV and arcade game. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

The outdoor is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private pool. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill, and a dining area under the string lights.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property up to three vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than three vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

The neighborhood surrounding offers a family-friendly environment with modern homes, parks, and nearby amenities. It's convenient, with shopping centers, schools, and easy access to major roads. Please note that there is a camera covering the front and back outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

Please be advised that our landscaper and/or pool technician will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days and pool maintenance 2x a week.
-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.

-Please bring the bins inside the property after trash has been collected to avoid City violations.

-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.

-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.

-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.

-Property is in Florida with warmer climate and is closer to the water. We cannot guarantee that you will not see insects during your stay.
