This place was horrible and filthy. The walls, bedding, rugs and dish rack mat was visibly dirty. The window seals had large cobwebs and blue tape. There were several ladybugs crawling in seperate areas of the home. It smelled as if someone sprayed cleaning solution in the home in an attempt to distract from the issues. There was wine left but even the 2 glasses were dirty. He was responsive and he and VRBO provided an immediate refund. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Place was great only thing was not being able to use all showers together because the hot water wouldn’t work. But overall the place was amazing, clean and the host responded fast to any issues we had. Thanx again we will definitely rent out again.

Graduation weekend

The place was BEAUTIFUL, just as the listing. However not accessible for handicap AT ALL. I HIGHLY recommend handrails on the front steps. The stove was not working but he QUICKLY accommodated what we needed without hesitation.

Family Stay for Clemson/Georgia Football game

The house was a perfect location to get to and from Mercedes Benz Stadium for the football game. Straight shot just 4 miles up Martin Luther King Blvd. Home is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was seamless.

House was beautiful. Absolutely loved it. Mr. Harvey was outstanding. Always responded quickly. Will def rent again. The only issue/dislike I had was the steep driveway… again love, love, love this property and the manager.

The listing was as accurate and the property was clean. Make sure you bring your own car as the train station is not an enjoyable walk. Harvey picked up every call and was quick to helping when we needed it.

We had an unfortunate event that occured which was out of the property manager's hands it was handled well and with compassion, which was greatly appreciated. despite the event the property was just as advertised and the manager is very responsive

Our Atlanta Stay

Everything about the house was great. We only encountered a couple of problems. There was roaches in the house downstairs and in one of the bedrooms upstairs had roaches. The only other problem that I encountered is when I took trash out walking by the garage door some hornets flew out of the hole in the brick & and stung me. Best part to me was the shower in the main bathroom. Overall the place was great.

Good afternoon Ron, Thanks for the feedback. We actually had our quarterly pest service completed a couple of days prior to you arriving. The bugs that you encountered were actually water bugs and not roaches. In reference to the hornets, we have dispatched our pest service back out to remediate that issue, as well as address the issue of any additional water bugs being in the home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but happy that you enjoyed your stay.

No Hot Tub

The house over all was ok. Plenty of room for all. Temperature in the house was warm and we did not have a way to turn it down. Bathrooms were dirty where the wall meets the floor in all bathrooms. One room downstairs had the blue painters tape to tape up the gaps in the window. Advertised with hot tub and there was no hot tub.

Great property, but just lacks a few things to make a fantastic place.

This house was amazing. It is very conveniently located, and everything was very clean! We loved the convenience to the Benz and State Farm Arean. Honestly the only thing keeping this from being a 10/10 is the sleeping arrangements. This house is in desperate need of new mattresses and box springs ( 2 of the beds had completely broken box springs) . All of the beds are basically unusable. We had to use air mattresses because the beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses are in need of replacement, yesterday. Harvey the host was quick to respond to our concerns, but obviously they couldn't come in and replace the mattresses and box springs the two days of our stay. I cannot recommend staying here, until all of the mattresses and box springs are replaced. Once that is done, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay near downtown.

Overall Decent Experience with Improvements Needed

This house accommodates a large group (there were 9 of us staying there). The outdoor back patio, finished basement, & common areas are spacious and it has a beautiful, modernized kitchen & Master bathroom. However, some dishes were dirty/in poor condition & should probably be replaced/cleaned properly. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the place had not been cleaned very well. There was dust everywhere with small pieces of trash on the floor & dining room table. The windows in the living room & bedroom are outdated with cobwebs in the corners. The window in the Master bedroom is poorly aligned & could not be closed fully, leaving a small corner opening to the outside, thus we had a minor ladybug invasion in the Master bedroom & bathroom. This was tolerable as we were visiting during the colder months; however for those visiting during the summer months, we suspect that many more types of "visitors" will come through that window. When we contacted the host about the ladybugs & place not being clean, he was both responsive & receptive and informed that he would try to get his cleaners to return, but they never came. Majority of the beds were uncomfortable. The comforter & pillow set on one of the beds were badly stained. The Master bed was not sturdy with one side of the bed being lower than the other as if it was cracked/unstable underneath. Pool table couldn't be used due to it bein unleveled with water damage. Overall decent stay, but will likely not stay here again.
