Host was good, provided detailed information and was very responsive. The condo had good amenities and was very close to shops, grocery stores and food options. The condo also had two assigned parking stalls underground which isn’t common.

This condo is a gem in Canmore Crossing. While we've found maintenance to be hit-or-miss in this complex over the years, this home was in great shape and well-stocked. A huge shoutout to the management team: they were incredibly attentive, even coming by to set up a large smart TV for us that was stored in the closet. They handled it quickly and professionally—we will definitely be back.

It was a great little place
This place was walking distance to all sorts of amenities, including a grocery store. The Beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable. I would defiantly stay here again.

This place was perfect!! The location was great… easily walkable to downtown and groceries stores! Canmore is adorable!! It was very clean and had everything we needed! They checked on us a few times to make sure all was well!!! The hiking close by and near Banff was amazing!! We all said we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Hot tub w/mountains views was spectacular!

Very nice location. Everything is close by. Enjoyed our stay, thank you host. There was no door for bathroom of one bedroom, which was a little inconvenience, but other than that everything was good.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
This is the perfect condo for a mountain getaway. There is underground parking, plenty of bedrooms and kitchen amenities. There was a welcome basket with snacks and a Canada Parks pass for entering Banff. It’s the perfect location with short walk to Downtown Canmore. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Great Host
The hosts were amazing and accommodating. We had a complete oversight and forgot that the property has no AC, but the hosts went above and beyond and were able to install a portable AC unit in one of the rooms, which really helped. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being so accommodating!!

Fantastic place/location
Went during the summer with a family of 5 (kids=12,15,18). The apartment has a great layout and is ideally located for daytrips to Banff and Kananaskis. Downtown Canmore is super close as are restaurants and groceries. The place had everything we needed including extra towels, pillows, sheets, well supplied kitchen equipment. Easy communication with owner. Nice rooftop hottub was unexpected plus. Parking easy.

Property is in a great location. It’s easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants and the underground parking was great. All the beds were very comfortable. It was unusually warm when we were there and the owner was great in supplying extra fans to cool the condo. I didn’t realize I needed to request a travel crib prior to arrival. It was in the listing so I assumed it was in the condo but you have to ask for one. They had one delivered to the room in just a few minutes after we requested it.

Very clean & attractive condo
The Silverhorn Hydeaway was a great place to stay! The condo is located within walking distance of the main Canmore downtown area (about a 5 min walk) that will get you to stores, boutiques, and many restaurants. You can also easily walk from the condo to the Bow River where you can paddleboard or enjoy a scenic walk/hike. The location is also in the parking lot of 2 different grocery stores and a hardware store.
The condo was exceptionally clean, especially the bathrooms. There was a plentiful amount of towels, toilet paper, etc which is super conveninet. The kitchen amenities included enough dishes & pots/pans that allowed us to cook several meals in the condo. We also appreciated having a washer & dryer for our dirty laundry. Bed linens are very plush. The provided bathroom soaps were a hit with my teen, and smelled very nice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

Every aspect of this condo is great, and very well appointed. There was an unfortunate situation with a toilet in the master bath that backed up. In fairness, the backup seemed to be a building issue rather than a condo issue. We tried for an hour to clear the backup; however, the clog was beyond our reach. It was too late in the evening for a plumber to arrive and we departed early the next day.The property location in Canmore is ideal. I would definitely stay here again.Thanks,Scott

We stayed at Silverhorn Hideaway at the Crossing in Canmore for three days and had an excellent experience. From the beginning, the hosts were very responsive and promptly answered our questions about the bed sizes before our arrival. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the process seamless.After our first day, the hosts reached out to ensure everything had gone smoothly and to ask if there was anything we needed. Any questions or concerns we had during our stay were addressed quickly and professionally.The condo is in a great location, close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and within easy walking distance of Main Street. Inside, the unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The layout worked very well for our group, providing ample space for eight people to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and all appliances and furnishings were clean and in good condition. The new washer and dryer were especially appreciated and made our stay even more convenient.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Silverhorn Hideaway at the Crossing to anyone visiting Canmore.
