Close and convenient to LSU, Southern, and Franciscan Universities.

Perfect for families or individuals in town for college events from football games to graduations at LSU, Southern University, or Franciscan University, or holidays, concerts, and events in the area.

Easy access to I-10 and only 55-miles, typically less 1-hour drive, to/from New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY) or 30-minutes to Baton Rouge Metro Airport (BTR).

Walking distance to beautiful Highland Road BREC Park with beautiful walking trails, pickle ball, tennis courts, disc golf, small boat launch in Bayou Fountain, and a kids water park.

Bill and Anna were amazing hosts and we loved staying at this house! It was close to the LSU campus, but far enough out to not have to deal with a lot of traffic and noise when we got back at night. I’m sure we’ll be staying there again when we go up for games, etc!

We had a wonderful family weekend at LSU and this home was perfect for our stay. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely organized, which made meals so easy to prepare. The backyard was a great bonus our dog loved it and the neighborhood was ideal, especially since my dad could enjoy his morning walks safely each day. The location is also very convenient to the school. Overall, a great spot that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our trip for the LSU vs Alabama football game. Convenient location and a comfortable atmosphere.

Family trip

Home was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard a lot. Quiet and safe neighborhood to walk the dogs or just to walk ourselves. We would definately stay again!

Super cute, comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. Check in was so easy! Communication with host - excellent. Not far from LSU and especially if you are going to a ballgame - house is on the south side of town so that when the game ends you are going with the contra flow and not against! We will stay again.

Great place

Great location, convenient to all the attractions we planned to visit. Quite neighborhood, close to shopping mall. Home has plenty of room to accommodate 6 people even though we only had 4 to our group. Bill was great to help with all of the booking and information, would use the home again

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation. This home was an easy commute to LSU. I contacted the property owners prior to the visit to get restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive to all questions.

Such a lovely stay!

The hosts were very kind and responsive and have a beautiful home. The house was nice and clean and had a lot of space to chill and hang out with friends and family. The house was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall, my party and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying at Bill & Anna’s place, and if need be we will definitely be staying here again! :)

Wonderful early Christmas in Baton Rouge

Spent an early Christmas in Baton Rouge with my son. We loved the house with all its charming holiday decorations. The house was perfect for our needs, so cozy and quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants. Cute backyard, comfy beds and a great tv den. Owners are very quick to respond to questions.

Enjoyable get away

The furniture and master bedroom bed was pretty old and worn and as such not the most comfortable. We didn't use any of the other beds. Over all we had a nice stay and the fenced backyard is a plus if you're traveling with pets. A great location with lots of space. Host was very responsive to our issue opening the door at check in.

Weekend series at the Box!

Stayed with family for 4 days in April. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Baton Rouge. The house is in a very clean, quiet neighborhood that is a very easy drive to any events at LSU. The host, Bill, could not have been friendlier or more responsive to any of our needs. The house is clean,safe, and has plenty of room for a group if you want the options that a hotel just doesn’t give you. If you find yourself in Baton Rouge, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect

Easy to rent, easy to get into the house, easy to communicate with hosts and easy to check out. It was me, a son, a daughter and her boyfriend. I have rented a few places, this was number 1 in many of my categories. We really liked how the house is set up and we liked that kitchen was supplied very well with all the essentials. It was very clean, beds were fantastic and it was so convenient to the bowling center.
