We love this safe, quiet gated community. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and it has a warm friendly atmosphere. It is in an ideal location within walking distance to almost every amenity you could ask for as well as quick access to a number of great beaches and the many attractions.

It displays all new luxury vinyl and large porcelain tile flooring, brilliant kitchen and bathroom quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all new lighting and ceiling fans throughout, Bali shades, and large baseboard trim. The unit is furnished with modern solid wood furniture from Arhaus, Restoration Hardware, Castlery, and Amisco brands. It boasts 2 king size beds set up with Tempur-pedic mattress and pillow sets. There are 3 high quality smart TVs including the main room 65" and two 50" bedroom LED TVs. The open kitchen offers high end dinnerware and a number of quality small appliances that give the unit a quality 'home-away-from-home' feel. We enjoy mornings with a fresh coffee on the lanai or relaxing at what we see as one of the best pool areas in all of Sarasota. This unit has it all...you won't find another unit in Serenata upgraded at this level and with access to all the comforts of home!
