The living room features a versatile futon bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Additionally, a half-bath is located in this area for added convenience. A washer/dryer is situated off the kitchen for your laundry needs.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Located on the main floor off the kitchen, this room boasts a king-sized bed, a large ensuite with a jetted tub, and a charming balcony-style sitting area overlooking the front patio. A convertible chair and a small desk make this room a comfortable and versatile space.

Bedroom 2: Found outside the kitchen door by the pool, this bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private ensuite.

Bedroom 3: One of two upstairs rooms, this space features a queen-sized bed with a double-sized loft bed overhead (max weight limit 250 pounds). Enjoy a private balcony with full sun and share a bathroom with the adjacent upstairs room.

Bedroom 4: The second upstairs room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a built-in desk. A pack-n-play and high chair is available in the closet for your convenience. This room shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

To ensure the utmost cleanliness and comfort during your extended stay, we have implemented a $670 cleaning fee. This fee covers two essential cleaning services:

Mid-Stay Clean: A mandatory cleaning service is provided halfway through your 28-day stay to refresh and maintain the pristine condition of the property.

Post-Departure Clean: After you leave, our dedicated cleaning team will meticulously prepare the space for the next guest, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
