There is a shared laundry facility located on the fourth floor of the building, it is coin operated.
Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered garage, clearance of the garage is 6'9". Additional vehicles may park in Alpine Lot, it is 20 dollars per night in the winter and free in the summer. Please register car at transit center.

True ski in ski out! Right in the center of everything. Steps from the American eagle and flyer lifts and all the center village shops and places to eat! Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Super close to ski lift. Spacious. Great underground parking. Clean.Negatives: Slope grooming can be disruptive to light sleepers. No hot tub. Locker keys did not work.

Nice property

We had a nice stay for our family of six. There was plenty of room for a two bedroom. Place was clean, great location in Central Village. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay - one of the larger two bedroom condos we have stayed in. Easy access to lifts and Center Village.

Truly ski in / ski out

A lot of places might say they are ski in / ski out — but this place at Copper Mountain truly is. This is our second time staying at the same condo and we hope to be back! The condo is outfitted with every amenity needed for our family to enjoy a comfortable stay including a fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra bedding and plenty of space to unwind and relax. Thank you for another great stay!

Great condo for families - would stay here again

This was a great condo for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The location can't be beat and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The close proximity to the lifts saved our weekend that had negative daytime temperatures - so easy to pop in and out to ski. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs as the snowcats work late and are near the building. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Unit

Property exceeded our expectations in every way. Very large, clean, beautifully furnished, well-equipped kitchen, great location, good value. Check-in was easy. Property manager was very attentive and helpful.

Great location, slightly outdated

Our stay was great! The owner was extremely quick to reply which was great because the check in process was a little confusing. The cabin was clean and spacious but just a little bit of electronic upgrades could go a long way. Most of the outlets had loose plugs and the tv didn’t have any smart box like apply tv or fire stick and no hdmi cable. Small things to complain about but ultimately a fantastic stay. I would recommend to friends as the location and price was hard to beat

True Ski-in/Ski-out Experience

We had a great stay at this unit. The location couldn’t be more convenient! Truly steps from the slopes. You can watch skiers fly by all day through the large windows. The rental company was so accommodating, as we unfortunately got food poisoning in our last day and needed to extend the trip by a day. They were so willing to help and very responsive. A couple of notes about the property: the unit gets very hot, even with the heat off in the dead of winter. We had to open windows and doors to keep cool. Also, we found a few items strewn about from prior guests like a sock, an empty bottle, etc. Not a big deal but would be something to improve upon. Overall we had a great stay and experience!

Great location! Great time. Only suggestions: beds needed upgrading, heat works great not sure how to adjust to a not so hot temp. . Missing a coffee pot, refrigerator doesn’t really keep anything cold. Nor does the freezer. Ice trays never froze. Couldn’t seem to get remote to work. Had to replace bulbs in light fixtures ourselves. Just needs a little TLC

Unfortunately, we don't receive reporting of issue or feedback timely so problem may remain until it is finally communicated. Nevertheless, all, including refrigerator, coffeemaker, and remote control have been replaced. We appreciate your time in providing the review.

Great location in Center Village. 5 Diamond Lodging sent me the keycards, but they would not work so it took about 45 minutes and multiple phone calls to get into the unit. We finally ended up having them "recharged" through the dispatcher. The unit was nice and clean and modern and comfortable. The instructions indicated there would be 2 parking passes in the condo, but there were none. 5 Diamond Lodging sent one which we put on the car outside. We also had a vehicle in the garage but no parking pass to put in it, but it was not a problem. This might be more of an issue during a busier time as we were here in late July. The owner is an excellent communicator and very helpful. We would consider staying here again.

Great vacation

This is a great 2 bedroom with 4 queen beds, a spacious living room and a full kitchen in center village. Owners are very responsive and I enjoy staying here.

Great Location and Functional

The location was great and the unit was functional, giving our family plenty of space to spread out. Although the unit was nothing fancy and needs updated, being in Center Village with easy access to the slopes, shops and restaurants was worth it. Jim was a great communicator and we would consider staying here again!

Great location

This property has great location, literal steps to the American Eagle. A couple of pots need to be added to the collection. A couple of decent ones for cooking spaghetti, we had to borrow from the neighbors. A new collection of towels would be nice, they were a little worse for wear and there was not even 1 per person. The bedding had a dusty smell to it, that is why I gave a 3 for cleanliness. The property manager was attentive to getting the florescent light changed in the kitchen. Honestly, overpriced for the quality. Your are paying for location.

Slope side and bigger then pics show

We rented both sides, so 2 bedrooms in this condo. It is located right on the slopes. One night we had about 8 ppl around the kitchen table playing Catan and having a blast. Parking is great. I would rent again.

Sweet location, a spit away from the gondola, ski back to the door

Superb location, nice having garage parking, the unit could use a bit of upgrading on carpet, wallpaper and furniture, the only thing worse than sitting on that couch was sleeping on the hide a bed (one night only). Beds were good, TV's good, kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and china/flatware/glassware. I would definitely go back, hopefully new couches by then!!

Best ski in/out location!

This was our 2nd stay in this condo and won’t be the last. So close to the lifts and you can ski right up to the back door. No carrying your gear and free parking for 2 vehicles. Our keys were dead when we arrived but security let us in quickly and keys were replaced the next morning. It 4 queen beds plus a sofa sleeper. The kitchen has everything because with covid we cooked a lot more than usual. We hit the grocery store in Frisco on the way. The elevator, parking garage & ski lockers are so convenient! Hot tub is closed because of covid but looks nice. Highly recommend!
