We had a phenomenal time!! Tammy was an awesome host and communicated consistently. The location worked great for us to walk to local restaurants and beaches. Would definitely go back.

Great location plenty of space

3story 3bedroom condo ensuites. Small kitchen to cook in. 24 hr security. 2 pools and beach access across the parking lot. 20 min drive to downtown & 10min drive from the airport. Would book again.

Perfect location to explore the island. The two pools on site and easy access to the beach added to our stay. The communication with Tammy certainly helped with the check in and her local knowledge certainly helped us settle in. The house was perfect for our family, with bedrooms having their own en-suite and a downstairs toilet. Outdoor area gave us a memorable sunset every evening. House is well stocked with bedding, towels and some toiletries. Having a washing machine was also a bonus.Excellent location near restaurants and a car hire place opposite with very reasonable hire costs for the week.

A week in paradise!

My two girlfriends and I had a fabulous time at this ocean front condo. Each of us had our own ensuite which is key to three women getting along! The sunsets were definitely spectacular and the location could'nt be any easier. It's in a wonderful gated community with an easy walk to the jitney (bus service). The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would recommend this property.

Family vacation

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Tammy's place.. Absolutely beautiful views and so very relaxing. This condo had everything we needed for the week. The fact that Tammy provided us with so much information about the island, places to eat, things to do and even the name and contact information for a wonderful taxi driver. She goes above the normal to make your stay so special that you truly do go home rested and wanting to go back! Thank you Tammy my family and I look forward to staying at your beautiful home again in the future!

5 Star location without the 5 Star Price

We stayed here with our two children, ages 11 and 13 and it was the perfect place for us. So close to yummy restaurants, a grocery store, the jitney stop, and the BEACH! The views from the house were stunning and the area felt very safe and easy to navigate. Tammy gave us lots of helpful tips, that really made our week special. We saw a lot of marine life in the nearby canals across the street and the local coffee shops and restaurants (a quick walk away) were excellent. It was so easy to get into town, we didn't miss having a car at all. Thank you Tammy! We can't wait to come back!

Condo was very clean. Complex was clean and well maintained. Pools were nice. Couple hiccups, but I think because this is a brand new owner they will be taken care of. Owner very responsive. Would recommend staying here.

Dreamy location!

We had a wonderful vacation at Tammy's property. Check in process was easy and the local contact person is very friendly and helpful. The condo is as pictured and was very comfortable for our family. Tammy was great at communicating. Since it is a new rental, we gave her some ideas of upgrades to make it even better. The pools and beach are amazing and easy to access. The photos really don't do justice to the views from the condo. I could have sat on the patio and watched the water all day!

Bahamas rental

Tammy was an excellent host and very responsive and always available. No issues checking in. Loved the location on the ocean and crashing waves. Close to grocery store and shops and airport. Beds were great. It could have been a bit cleaner on kitchen cabinets and light switches. Very minor. Please give attention to the plumbing drainage in the showers. They were all slow to drain. Need to fix the trim in neater bedroom as it was missing by the window. Cosmetic. Need to add new cushions to outdoor furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Need to service one A/C unit downstairs but the rest worked great.

Bahamas family vacation

Tammy was a wonderful host. Communication with her was always immediate. The place was in a great location. We felt safe and comfortable walking throughout the complex, and also to nearby restaurants. These restaurants were a 5-10 min. walk and we loved the food: Blue Sail we went twice, Spritz, Poop Deck and Twisted Lime. Took a taxi to Meza Grill, which was expensive, but totally worth the money. (Keep in mind that many restaurants include the tip for you) Tammy's property was 5 minutes from the airport, and had amazing views of the ocean from the deck/patio! We sat out there all the time and watched the cruise ships and yachts. My husband saw a stingray once from the deck. The property had 3 bedrooms with ensuites, which was nice for our family. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer. The two swimming pools were for the whole complex, but we mostly had the pools to ourselves everyday. The beach was beautiful and mostly empty too! Tammy hooked us up with her taxi driver Paula, who was so nice. We went down to the straw market and bummed around where the cruise ships dock. Went to Queens Staircase, a chocolate shop, a wine shop and Jaws beach. We absolutely loved the Bahamas. The weather was around 80 degrees, but not humid. We will definitely be back!
