The house is very cute and clean! The beds aren’t comfortable at all. We slept in the master the first night but ended up in the other queen bedroom only because of the tv. Also no freezer(stated in listing) The ice maker wasn’t clean. The hot tub was only on 7pm-10pm(stated in listing )and set to reach 99 degrees which wasnt very hot and the jets weren’t always on. You can reach out to the host to have it on at different times but if she’s busy she may not respond right away so give her an hour or so to turn it on. I didn’t want to keep bothering her to have her turn it on but it would have been nice to be able to use it in the morning and regulate it ourselves with 20 minute timer so it won’t accidentally be left on all day. Also the patio seating lights weren’t working so we couldn’t bbq and sit outside for dinner with family visiting us. The living room furniture only seats 4-5 comfortably.(2 small love seats and a recliner) if you plan on entertaining.Same with the dining table ,Only seats 4 and the extra bench seat isn’t screwed together and the seat slid off when sitting on it. Unfortunately the worst part that the host can’t control is the 3 dogs continuously barking in the back yards surrounding this back yard. Starting at 7am then off and on throughout the day and at 12am sometimes .Even when we tried to nap in the afternoon we couldn’t. It was another reason we slept in the 2nd bedroom. However the 2 nights we were out at 7 they were brought inside because of it
