Little Piece of Heaven, 2 Bdr 1 Ba in Ocean Lakes!

Enjoy staying in this prime location cottage in the award winning, Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located right near the Post Office and Air/Water Fill station in Ocean Lakes, in the camping area. Enjoy the camping feels without having to be in a camper!! It has a LARGE covered front porch with great views.

Must be 25 years or older to rent this site. It does come with a complimentary golf cart and you MUST be 21 years or older to drive this cart.

The campground has a TON of amenities available and most FREE to whoever is staying in the campground: pools (indoor and outdoor), waterpark, basketball court, shuffle board, corn hole boards, 2 children's parks, a doggie park, seasonal games and activities that are going on in the rec center and much MORE!!!

AS OF 2023 Ocean Lakes Family Campground have STRICTLY enforced a NON ALCOHOL ON CART or OUT IN CAMPGROUND POLICY,
PLEASE DO NOT HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS ON OUR COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CART. THEY NO LONGER ARE GIVING WARNINGS, THEY ARE JUST HANDING OUT CITATIONS!!! You will be the one responsible for paying the $500 fine if caught doing so or caught driving underage.

*** All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night if paid in advance (if paid at arrival it is $15), per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.***

Overall was a good stay. Had some a/c trouble first couple days but they got someone right out to fix it. Does not have a queen bed as listed just 2 full beds and a pull out couch. Great in location of the campground and beach parking.

Great experience!

We had a great time staying at Ocean Lakes! The house was very clean and the property manager was amazing she was prompt at getting back to me while booking and got our parking passes approved quickly for a seamless check in. We highly recommend staying at this property!

OUTSTANDING

First off I would like to go ahead a say this, Drew our host was amazing. Answered all questions we had during booking and leading up to our arrival. She was available by email, text, and phone which makes things super nice. Now on to the property. The property hands down was one of the nicest and cleanest properties I have ever rented through VRBO. The large covered porch was undoubtly what we enjoyed the most with the nice comfy captian/director height chairs. The living room was big enough and comfortably sat 4 adults as did the dining table. The kitchen was super stocked with everythin you need to cook meals in, including an airfryer that I have never seen supplied in any other rental. Also there was a blender for those after frosty drinks that were so good on the porch after a day on the beach. Bedroom 1 had ample space for two adults and baggage, bedroom 2 was a little small for two but manageable. The bathroom was large and the walk in shower had great water pressure. There is a golf cart that is included in this rental that is crazy nice. Lifted cart with comfy seats and a great cart flag mounted on it. The exterior of the house has plenty of parking for two vehicles and the cart easily. The grounds around the house are wel landscaped with river rocks and some of the best flags around. This is definitely a isit again property. OUTSTANDING!!!!

Rental Could Be Amazing w/Better Property Management

Rental is so cute, but could be great and no fault to the owner. The Property Management company could be cleaning better in between as you can tell they are not mopping at all. The PM group is either new or just not great at their job. There was zero communication before the stay, no check-in information sent, zero hospitality behind the booking. It was so non-existent I had to call Ocean Lakes directly to verify that the PM name was legit and I was not scammed. After messaging all social medias I could find with the PM's name, she messaged back with check-in info that was simply door is unlocked and key is on table. I've rented houses up and down the east coast and heavily in OL and that was a first. Internet was down before our arrival per the PM, but she waited for my arrival and confirmation to verify. You shouldn't put that on the guest, you verify amenities are in order prior to check in. Since PM lagged on that, there was no internet for almost a full day. Thankfully not a big deal for us, but shows the quality of management and lack of urgency for guest satisfaction. That's literally why owners hire a PM company. I booked later than usual this year and now know why this home was one of the few still available. Just a note to the owners, there are many more options to explore where your property would be better represented because your home is super cute and in the right hands, could be amazing and booked far in advance. Home looks way better in person, need new pics!

It was simply a little piece of heaven on earth for sure!

Me and my sisters had the best time at this cute little house! No complaints at all… would love to get the same house for another girls trip next summer! The cutest, cleanest little spot.
