The house is right across the street from the boat ramp and you won't have to go far to get everything you need. On-site bait & tackle shop, restaurant, bar and general store as well as picnic area, games for the kids and regular special events and live music.

peaceful, guiet, There was not a kitchen, only a coffee pot, microwave and a nice fridge/freezer. No dining room, Nice private back yard, hot tub is shared with the other rv sites if they wanted to. This set up is at an rv park across from the boat dock. We claim it as our fish camp!!! and Enjoyed it. We were only 20 miles from family we had come to visit.

Do not book. Unfortunately the owner / host never communicated or answered any questions after full booking the place. They never shared access information and never gave it to VRBO corporate either. The corporate side had to cancel and reimburse us 30 MINUTES before we were supposed to check in!!!!!

Great Location

My bad for not recognizing there was not a full kitchen, but we made it work!! Close to town, the lake, and an excellent restaurant!!! Will stay again.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This property was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in town! The lake was right across the road, would be a fun place to stay in the summer. Sameer was very responsive and attentive during our stay, A+ host!

Quick trip

I love the size of the house perfect for what we needed. I wish there would’ve been a full kitchen. It would’ve made things a lot easier. Overall, I love the place friendly the store right in front clean and quiet.

cool spot on the lake

We had a great time. Loved the hot tub in the back yard although it was too hot outside to stay in for very long, we plan to return in the fall. The A/C in the house was so cold and worked so well even with temps in the 100s. The little bait and tackle shop was cool and the lady running it as well and a great cook too!! We are looking forward to the next trip. :)

Nice but no kitchen

Very nice, clean good location. The only surprise was the kitchenette. It’s not really meant for cooking but fine for barbecuing. I didn’t realize there’s no stove top or oven! There is a fridge, microwave and laundry. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Fishing Cabin

So much potential, yet unrealized. A thought -- take out the non-working washer and put in an efficiency oven & burner top ...make it a workable kitchen. Yes, you own the store & cafe, but do not make us use it... Ypu do have a Keurig, however, no coffee cups. Have a microwave, however no compatible cups and plates. Have a TV, however no remote that controls volume or on/off. Have a nice deck, however loose boards. Have a nice mattress, however the plastic is still on them. This reminds me a very nice fishing cabin. If this is what you are looking for -- go for it. If you are looking for a nice house while town for your relative's wedding, not so much.

Poor quality and not clean

First we had zero up front emails or communication about check in. Two hours prior I was messaging and calling. I was given a vague description to “find the tours building”. The address on the listing sent us on a goose chase. No where near the actual location. Again, no guide or direction until multiple phone calls later. One inside, it smelled of animal urine. One toilet wouldn’t flush, and a shower head was full of rust with almost no water flow. One of the rooms was filthy with cat litter all in the carpet. We got the property for a space to stay sleep during our wedding. The guys made it through the first night and then when some returned late the next night it was found that the owners/managers entered and had it cleaned. But due to the broken shower and toilet (a bed was also found broken) no one stayed the second night. Pictures are deceiving. I reached out twice to try to bring these concerns to the property manager before posting a review.

Hot tub was overly bubbly and it had a brown film.

Overall itnwas all very nice justbhave complaint aboutnhotntub not being cleaner. Enjoyed the stay very much other than that
