Welcome Home - A centrally located Guest Suite

A quiet, spacious and cosy one bedroom guest suite that is perfect for 1, 2, 3 or 4 guests. The suite, with an open plan lounge and kitchen area, has easy access to Sandton City (5 km), Melrose Arch (2 km), Rosebank Mall (5.5 km), Wanderers stadium (2.2 km), the Sandton and Rosebank Gautrain Stations that connect to the Airport, and the M1 highway. There is ample and secure parking area within the premises.

The Space
Open plan self-catering, with a work table /mini dining section. TV with DSTV, DVD player and WIFI.

Kitchen Area
Kitchen includes plates, cups, mugs, cutlery and cooking utensils. Pots/pans, coffee plunger, fridge/freezer, a microwave, kettle, gas burner stove but no oven. Ample cupboard spaces as well.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin and toilet. Basic toiletries are provided.

Sleeping Area
One bedroom with a queen size bed, comfortably sleeps two. The bedroom has its own door.

A single size day bed in the common (living) area sleeps 1, and can be converted to a double bunk to sleep 2 people. (or 2 on the double bunk bed). Please note that the single day bed (double bunk bed) is in the lounge area. (Kindly refer to pictures).

The beds are nicely dressed with beddings, pillows and blankets. Extra blankets are also available.

Amenities
Several amenities including an iron, microwave and hair drier are provided for your convenience. Guests are welcome to use the amenities provided within the unit

Guest Access
Guests have a parking space for free, under a car port, within the premises

The drive-in area and parking are shared spaces

Other Things to Note
We have 2 dogs on the property. Please note that the dogs are neither allowed inside the unit nor rooms, taking into consideration allergies that subsequent guests to the unit may have.
