Step into this lovely property to find an open-concept living area with a full kitchen, breathtaking ocean views, and large sliding glass doors that lead to an ocean-facing patio. With a plush sectional and a flatscreen TV, this room is an ideal spot for unwinding, whether its for a cocktail break after the beach or a family movie night before bedtime.

Step onto the patio for a sweeping, panoramic view of Mission Beach. Awake in the morning to have a cup of coffee as the beach slowly comes to life or indulge in magnificent sunsets in the evenings. The patio is furnished with a table, an umbrella, two chairs, and a shared grill and gas firepit (shared with the condo next door). Back inside, youll find that the kitchen faces the ocean and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two.

Take a few steps down to the first bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. A shared bathroom is just outside the door, with a walk-in shower. Up from the main level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV, with a shared bathroom in the hall. From this room, you can access the washer/dryer and the upper-level sundeck, where you can stretch out on a cushy outdoor sectional and bask in the fantastic weather. Free WiFi, satellite cable, and beach equipment are provided as well.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diegos lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park's miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for air circulation.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
