This home offers its own private oasis with an expansive outdoor private saltwater swimming pool and covered poolside den and park grill to enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun! You will find front and back decks where you can see stunning views of the ocean and of the sound!

Ground Level: Covered Parking, Outdoor Shower, and Entry Way

Level One: On this level, you will find 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a view of the private pool with a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 is a very spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. Each room has its own private balcony where you can enjoy great views of the ocean and the sound! The large-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level near the bedrooms.

Level Two: On this level, you will find Bedroom #4, the 2nd master bedroom equipped with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom.

Level Three: On this level, you will find an open-concept floor plan including the kitchen, living area, and dining area with expansive views of the ocean and the sound. The full gourmet kitchen has porcelain countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island that includes additional seating for 4 - perfect for preparing family meals. Off the kitchen, there is a large deck equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy great seafood while overlooking the ocean. A half bath with a new vanity is also located near the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. In the large living area, you will find a large Smart TV with Roku Remote, BluRay Player, surround sound, and a game/poker table for some friendly competition.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
