Wonderful Stay

House was perfect for my needs, bed was comfortable. The park was very quiet. The pool was clean and not crowded, most of the time it was me and maybe one or two others. Perfect location to any of the Disney properties. I will certainly be back to stay if in the area again. Great stay!

Its a descent place to stay for the price. I would suggest cleaning the cabin a little better including the dishes. There was a skillet that in the cupboard that either needs to be cleaned or thrown out. Better toilet paper and towels would be appreciated too!

We enjoyed our stay, however furniture was old and uncomfortable. Bed was terrible in this unit. We both suffered back pain most of the day. We would stay again, but not in this unit.

Best Stay Ever!!!

This Little House was perfect... better than a hotel room for the same $$$.... Neil and Tanya were a great help, fast to contact me and resolve a minor issue.... Location/Property is great, clean, well kept and the kids loved the pool... Definitely recommend this for a small family, oh and the dogs loved it too.... Thanks

Great for parks or just chilling.

We loved staying at this tiny house the kids thought it was a great adventure. It was about half an hour from the parks that we went to which was perfect to get us of the super busy area and not too far though. The pool in the community was a nice break from the busy parks. Only downside was that the playground in the community was being worked on while we were there so we couldn't use it.

Cute Florida Stay

The house was very clean, lots of storage, and in a cute little neighborhood with a community pool and games. The bedroom is adequate, with a t.v. and storage. Bathroom is a little small, but doable. The only drawback is the loft. I dont think it was advertised as two bedrooms, but from pictures, I assumed an adult could fit in the loft. Just be aware, you can sit up in the loft, but under no circumstances can you stand. It is probably only 4' high, with very narrow, steep stairs. It is also hot with no fan. There is a t.v. in the area. No other furniture in the living room will accomodate sleeping. It would be great for a couple or singles.

Tiny but good rate.

Space smelled musty. Many blinds didn’t work properly. Unable to stand in loft. I was a 65 year old woman having to crawl to my bed. Stairwell was extremely small. Very hot in loft. No place to plug in to charge phone without crawling in the dark to one outlet stick beside tv. Pillows thickness of a pizza.

Sleeps four not six.

Sleeps four not six as advertised. Two person couch doesn't make into bed. Manager provided inflatable mattress that leaked air. Sleeping accomodations had to be rearranged. Senior citizen had to sleep on air mattress that had to be refilled numerous times through the night.
