Summary:

★Please note: Building registration is required prior to arrival. I will need the ID of the first guest checking in, the primary guest’s email address and the full names of all additional guests for check in approval.



★Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may face difficulty.

➜ Master and Second bedroom features 02 Queen sized beds.

➜ Both Bathrooms have waterfall Showers.

➜ Third bedroom has a Queen-size bed.

➜ Ensuite washer and dryer for guests to use.

➜ Full sets of sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➜I couldn't get a big dining table due to limited space, so I opted for a larger couch for more comfort.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Keys: I provide 2 Keys and 2 fobs with the home. I have a smartlock in which I can send access to if additional guests require access.



➤ Fobs: You can get a digital fob from the building office on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just download the 'Conekt wallet' app and pay a one-time fee of $10 for your entire stay. I will Refund that fee.



➤ We provide 12 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ Parking: Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.



➤ Luggage Assistance: Arriving early or just wanting to explore without your bags? You can leave your luggage at the front desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for only $5 per item.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.



Getting Around:

Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are accessible around the area. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.



➤ We both need to sign and submit a short-term lease form for guest registration. This form includes your arrival and departure dates, the lead traveler's name, the primary guest's photo ID, and confirmation of agreement with the building rules.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
