This is a newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage only 2 miles from Jamestown Marina. Coastie Cottage has everything inside needed to cook your daily catch or throw some burgers on the grill. It also has a new 7 person hot tub and covered patio gazebo seating are to enjoy family time. There is a new fire pit seating area. The driveway has a lot of room for your water toys to park also an outdoor plug to charge your batteries. The neighborhood has views of Jamestown Marina and State Dock. This is a great location as there is two boat ramps within two miles. Lilly Creek boat ramp is less than a mile away.

This was a great place to stay, only a short drive to the Jamestown Marina. The outdoor patio was very nice and the house was very clean. Would stay here again!

The property was great! Unfortunately, we had to leave early for a family emergency after the first day. But the property manager made it easy for everything from the time we checked in. We will use them again if the property is available for our next visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The home had an open floor plan, a beautiful (and fun!) outdoor area & was conveniently located near Jamestown Marina. The hot tub was a huge hit. Bedrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of extra amenities (towels, blankets, kitchenwares, etc.). We’d definitely book this place again. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Mandy!

Perfect location to jamestown

Perfect location to the Jamestown ramp. Wi-Fi did not work the whole time If you are a grown adult and plan to sleep on the bunk beds just don’t haha. Two bedrooms were cozy and place is perfect for a weekend get away. Thanks Hot tub is very nice

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Everything we needed for a fun, relaxing lake weekend! House was clean and fully stocked. The cute coffee bar, extra towels, and kids’ games were a bonus! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Room to park our 24’ boat and a 5 min drive to Jamestown marina. Highly recommend booking.

Everything needed for a great trip!

This vacation rental is awesome! It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was very clean and well kept. The owner was very responsive and even let us check in early. Definitely recommend!!!

Perfect getaway!

Nestled up above Cumberland Lake, this made the perfect getaway. Far enough away from city lights, but close enough to town if you need something. We will definitely be staying here again!

Labor Day Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay! This property was good location from the Jamestown Marina. We rented a boat for the day and took the kids tubing down the lake, it was perfect for a speedboat. We would definitely go back and stay here! The place was easy for kids to play, sleep and enjoy some s’mores by the fire! We even checked out local resultants and wept go-kart and did the arcade. Thanks for everything!

Annual Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Although there was a new owner this year, she was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Our family loves being so close to the lake, seasonal view of the marina this time year. We also love relaxing, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Kids LOVE the hot tub… and that’s probably an understatement. If you’re bringing a boat, this property has the space for it and it’s very easy to get in and out of. We will return! Thank you!

Jamestown visit

Cute--3 Bedroom/1 Bath stand alone building/cabin with hot tub--pet friendly! Clean + Had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay (or longer if need be). We had a great time by the firepit and using the hot tub. There was also cards and several board games to play. In a quiet neighborhood. Check in process was easy. Though located above the marina--was not walking distance --property does not overlook the lake or have steps leading down to the lake (unsure if there was a public access across the street)-we just drove to the marina/lake which is pretty close (~ 3 miles) Jamestown is very quaint--drove into town (3-4 miles) for food--great local Mexican restaurant (Pepe's), Smoothies/sundaes and Burgers etc (Reel Java), Pizza (Giovanni's) --All in all a good relaxing stay with family.

We had a wonderful stay here! There are two single bed rooms, and one room with two full (queen possibly?) bunk beds. So 6 big beds all together and the couch pulls out as well. Check in and check out instructions were clear. There were corn hole boards and bags available. The hot tub was great, and we were in a nice, separated area. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
