We stayed just for the night but everything was nice and tidy. They also included 2 free make up wipes and soaps. Just a suggestion, a hair dryer would have been nice to have in the room for the guests. Overall, we would definitely be back!

Easy to book room. Our room itself was clean and tidy. The building itself could definitely have been taken care of better. As we entered the building there were two overflowing smelly large garbage cans. The main doors of the building were covered with dirty hand prints.

Pot smoke wafting into room from outside

We had a room around the back. As we pulled up to our area to park there was a big trailer there with homeless folks living. In the morning as we had the AC turned on a 4am the pot smoke started to waft into our room. As we walked to breakfast there were some unsavory folks sitting there with their crown royal eating what I would expect was a free breakfast. They need to clean up the unsavory folks to make this a nice place. If there is no smoking then NO smoking of anything should be the rule.

Filthy

First we checked in after trying to figure out where to check in at about 12:30. My husband went in first. He told me the FD clerk said we. Would’ve had to check in before midnight and since it was after the midnight audit that we would have to pay for the next day too. Now I’ve worked the FD position for Accord properties and know that what she was doing was illegal. I explained to her and she gave us the keys. The room was filthy. I have photos of the carpet. The door frames were stained. I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off to walk on the carpet. 300 to stay 8 hrs.

Worked but has some issues

Overall this is a decent, clean place to stay though it has issues. One of the security doors was broken the entire week we were there and no one was working to fix it which is concerning. The king studio room was clean but the building hallways had a musty smell and the carpets needed cleaning. There is only a single cup coffee maker in a room for 3 people which is insufficient. The hot breakfast was mediocre but we had a kitchen and made our own breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean and spacious

It was nice to have more space than a typical room we would have booked in a hotel. However, the photos posted online were not of the room we were assigned. Breakfast wasn’t served in the morning- they had the counter blocked off with caution tape. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, quiet and clean.
