-Please respect check-in & checkout times. Unauthorized late checkout results in $150 fee.
-Please respect the property’s quiet hours (10pm-7am)
-No unregistered guests allowed. If extra guests, who are not listed on your reservation, stay overnight, the reservation will be updated and you will be charged accordingly.
-Gated parking is available for up to two vehicles. Additional street parking may be available, but please be sure to observe any city parking ordinances/signs. We will not reimburse any parking or towing fees! Please do not park illegally!
- Always close the gate when leaving the property, and upon check out.
-We have 24/7 surveillance cameras around the house that records for security and safety. Do not tamper with the doorbell camera; if the doorbell camera is removed or tapered with, a fee of $250 will be accessed, plus any damages to the equipment.
-No mail/packages allowed. Please use a local pick up location or post office box.
- All trash must be tied up in a secure trash bag with all liquid bottles emptied before placing in the large garbage bin located outside.
- Excessive makeup stains found on surfaces, linens, couch, walls, or light switches will incur a fine of $300.
