This house was wonderful. This was a team of work professionals. There were 7 of us and the property was spacious enough for all. Everyone had their own room and privacy. The rooftop deck was great. The pool was beautiful. We chose not to heat it, except the hot tub, and that heated up pretty fast!

We had a fabulous weekend at this property! Communication with the host was excellent - quick, clear, and helpful. The home is in a perfect location: just across the street from the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the Bridge Street shops. The kitchen was well-stocked, with plenty of dishes, wine glasses, and coffee cups for four couples, and the refrigerator was impressively large. We loved watching both sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop balcony, and the pool was the ideal spot to spend the afternoons. Highly recommend!

Great House and Location

Our large extended family enjoyed our stay at View from the Top! The pool area was great for the kids and adults. The beach access was just steps away and the view from the rooftop deck was beautiful.

we had a very nice day wasn’t expecting all the stairs, but it turned out. OK pool was good. Just wish we had had some reclining seatsfor the pool area. Nothing to lay on just chairs.

Absolutely amazing

This property from the second you pull up to is absolutely amazing the house was very well stocked with everything you need house was very clean plenty of room for all of us when I say all of us we had 12 of us the pool and spa were so beautiful the young kids had a blast in the pool that was heated as we needed it to be warm because it was cold outside would highly recommend this house for your Anna Maria island vacation I would give it ten stars management was on top of everything all the way down to sending me the flooring specs as my wife fell in love with the flooring

Beautiful New Home Close to Beach with Pool/Spa

Property is beautiful. Completed construction in the last few months. We were delighted with the property. Stocked well for being so new. The highlight for our large group was the size of the spa. It was relaxing for the young kids thru adults. The spa party mode on the digital key pad did the trick to heat and light the spa to everyone’s satisfaction. Bradenton Beach was easily accessible just walk down to the cross walk. The volume of people was comfortable - never felt too busy. The shops just south of the property were an easy walk with plenty of options for all. The rooftop provides 360 degree views including sunrises over the bay and sunsets on the ocean. Thanks for hosting us!

Awesome property

Overall our stay at this home was great. Much care was taken to try and make it enjoyable for visitors. The location was top notch and the nearby beach was everything we hoped for. At one point the microwave began giving trouble and the owner was quick to provide an alternative unit, which was greatly appreciated. Similarly when we experienced issues with the pool heater, they were quick to send someone out to take a look. However the pool folks did not announce themselves before letting themselves in, this might be something that can be improved in the future by calling out first, asking if it's OK to come in. Additional minor suggestions might include some common favorite board games, playing cards, those types of things. Also if you have a bad knee or are not able to take the stairs this place isn't for you. I would recommend this location to friends/family. Thanks again!

Our host was very welcoming and able to answer all of our questions in advance. We had detailed check in information in a timely manner. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, extremely well kept, spotless and with all the amenities we needed. Checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend.
