The second bedroom features an additional queen bed bringing the total occupancy to six. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. Additionally, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals during your stay. For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months, nightly minimums vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
