Summer Place II en Pine Point es de nueva construcción 5 habitaciones 3. 5 baños con capacidad para 12 personas muy cómodamente. El primer piso tiene una gran sala abierta con todas las paredes y techos terminados con madera náutica, una hermosa chimenea de gas, abierta a un porche con pantalla, todo con vista al agua ..... Decorado con gusto con dos dormitorios principales en suite, uno con una terraza abierta, ideal para tomar el café o tomar el sol por la mañana, y baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje, el otro principal con baño en suite que tiene chorros de cuerpo en la ducha. Ambos tienen tremendas vistas de agua, pantanos, botes y puestas de sol ... Aire central, 5 televisores, camas y sábanas de calidad, amplio patio con fogatas de leña rodeado de sillas adirondack, parrillas a gas y mesas con vista al agua. . A solo dos pasos de una gran playa de arena de 7 millas, caminar a varios restaurantes y libra de langosta ... Fácil acceso a Portland (12 millas) o coger el tranvía a Old Orchard y el muelle ....... VEN A ESTAR CON NOSOTROS ESTE VERANO Y HAGA SUS MENORIOS DE VERANO .....

The house is big and roomy and nicely located by the marsh and an easy walk to the ocean. It was fun a November but would be spectacular in the summer

Getting past the smell of a dirty house the first night as more than enough ,no cook stove no batteries for anything ,smoke alarms going off all hours of the night,construction workers at 730 in the morning bar near by partying all night,I am sorry but I could go 9n and on ,the camera man made the shots look very deceiving, deck was on 2 not main floor ,and oh my goodness the BBQ you had available was disgusting, such a nice house but absolutely let go ,the amount of dirt and filth was uncalled for ,clean it with some disinfectant, downstair bathroom had actual poop in it left for us to clean,we are professional people who stayed in this house not snobs but people who were bamboozled, especially the cleanliness ,the grounds ,the disaster in the pantry ,we understand end of the season but for God sakes folks it was filthy ,maybe your cleaning lady needs to be replaced by someone who will take pride in your property, we have several pictures that probably should be reviewed, number 1 by the owners and number 2 by the fire inspector, so sad your beautiful home is being so neglected, you are definitely going to here more about this,we actually left cleaner than we received. Please contact us, I would love to send some pictures, respectfully, we definitely do not want a refund we just want you to make this the beautiful property it could be for the next guests.

Amazing location and great unit! We had 8 adults and a baby and it was perfect. There was a bedroom with bunks that we didn’t even use. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and space for our family of 10

Plenty of space for our group of 9 to sleep and live comfortably together and take time apart if needed. :) Location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and pubs and restaurants were even closer. And you can't beat the view of the sunset every night over the marsh!

Location was excellent. Beach and many great restaurants located within walking distance. Salt marsh views were beautiful. Property needs some minor maintenance, however communication with host was prompt. Many amenities included with this property.

Great Location, Lots of Steps!

Overall, we were happy with our stay. This property is great for large groups if you don’t mind a smaller kitchen with no stovetop (there is an induction burner but we weren’t clear on what pans could be used with this, we luckily brought a griddle with us to use instead). One detail we were disappointed in was the fact there was not a bedroom or full bathroom on the main floor. We had reached out to the host prior to booking, letting them know we were traveling with someone who had mobility issues and the main reason we booked this house was because we were under the impression from the host that there were accommodations on the main level for this individual. Unfortunately, they had to make their way to the second floor (16 steps) to find a bedroom and full bathroom. We also locked the house one day and came back to it unlocked, which was a bit unnerving. Some of the amenities seemed like they hadn’t been refreshed for the season yet (screen porch had tears, one of the grills was extremely dirty with left over food) but for the right group, this house would be wonderful. The bedrooms are spacious and having laundry on-site was a huge plus.

Old friends getaway

The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us. Andy was very helpful with the questions I sent him before and during our 2 night stay. Parking was very adequate for our 3 cars. We did the very short walk to the beach to watch surfers and just to enjoy the sunset. We walked to a small, nice bar 2 doors down from the house to have a cocktail Sat. afternoon. If the weather had been nicer we would have loved to sit outdoors there. The house is very clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for playing games at the dining room table or sitting in the living room to reminisce, read and visit. The kitchen is a bit tight for more than 1 or 2 people to work in and a little unorganized. We were very surprised that there was not a stovetop, only a 2 “burner” convection hot plate. It did work for us though, so it really wasn’t an issue. The lge microwave works well, but is a little tough to use if you’re on the short side because the door pulls down instead of to the side and it’s a little high up on top of the oven. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom is beautifully furnished. If a future renter has any trouble doing stairs, access to the bedrooms, especially the 3 on the 3rd floor might be difficult. All in all….(aside from the rainy, windy weather) it was a wonderful weekend in a beautiful house.

Gorgeous Views & Wonderful Bird Watching

Beautiful inside and out

Very clean, easy to get to, beautiful views. Could use an electric tea kettle as there is only an induction hot plate type burner. Also, we stayed in the winter and the driveway was not plowed at the road and lots of ice build up at the entry.

Winter holiday

Winter wonderland at the beach. Absolutely stunning view and got to walk on the beach every day with our dogs. The host was very communicative. A lot open nearby enjoyed fresh seafood in cold walks and beautiful sunsets.The house is wonderful. The kitchen is small if you’re big into cooking. Burning the summer, you’re at the beach all the time. It was fine for us. I will say if you have any guests with mobility problems this might not be the best since it is all stairs. It was fine for us. Just an FYI. Other than that fantastic.

Pine Point Beach House Rocks !

The house and location are perfect! I had my family here for my son's wedding . There was plenty to do with beach's and restaurant's close by that you can walk to. The house was spacious and clean. The views are spectacular from the back yard and deck. We will be back next summer for sure. I highly recommend this property

Pine Point has 7 miles of sandy beach and is located only 15 minutes from Portland which has great restaurants, bars, and shopping in Historic Old Port, art museums, and the Red Sox minor league baseball team called The Seadogs, outlet shopping can be found in Freeport, home of L.L.Bean only 25 minutes away. Just a few miles away, family fun can be had at several amusement parks: Splashtown, Funtown, and O.O.B with its fireworks on the beach every Thursday night, amusement rides for the kids, and nightlife for the adults. Pine Point has easy access to all other southern spot you might want to visit.

Other activities near by: golfing, stock car racing, horse racing, whale watching, deep sea fishing, fishing, miniature golf, kayaking, bird watching, canoeing, biking on the beach
