Includes two living areas with comfortable furniture and smart TVs, breakfast nook as well as dining table and two full bathrooms. Please note, shower in rear bathroom has wand shower head only.

You`ll have access to the entire house, driveway and backyard.

Lots of neighbors walk/walk their dogs, please keep cars parked in driveway and pets on lease when in front yard.

We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.

Please park in the driveway, love thy neighbor, please don`t smoke in the house, clean up after yourselves. We try very hard to keep this place affordable, and the cleaning charges to the guests low. That`s only possible if everyone treats it like their own house :)

We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:

Bed Sheet Sets: $40 per set
Comforter: $40 each
Bath Towel Sets: $30 per set
