Step back in time while enjoying all the modern comforts at Spring Harbor Lodge, a beautifully restored 1930s home nestled along the channel leading to Smith Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. One of two homes on this peaceful waterfront property, the Lodge offers timeless character, cozy gathering spaces, and stunning views of the channel, especially at sunset.

Lovingly updated to preserve its original charm while adding thoughtful modern touches, Spring Harbor Lodge comfortably hosts up to 10 guests.

Main Floor:
Enjoy the welcoming warmth of the Lodge’s main level, featuring a queen bedroom, a ¾ bath, a charming kitchen with direct access to the sunroom, a classic dining room, a deck with a view, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

Upstairs:
The second floor offers a newly remodeled full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, plus three inviting bedrooms:
Primary bedroom: King-size bed
Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third bedroom: Queen-size and full-size bed

Lower Level:
Head downstairs to the game room for a friendly match of pool, ping pong, or darts—a fun spot for guests of all ages.

Other Amenities:
Start your morning with coffee on the back deck overlooking the water, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine in the cozy comfort of the front sunroom. Gather around the gas fire pit as the sun sets over the channel for a perfect end to the day. Guests enjoy access to a shared dock and a designated boat slip for boats up to 25 feet. To make the most of your stay, four kayaks and bicycles are available to share between the two homes—perfect for exploring the lake and the scenic surroundings.

The Glendale Town Docks (just two minutes away) provides easy lake access with two public launch ramps. A boat launch pass is available upon request.

Pet Policy:
We welcome one small dog, under 50 lbs. per reservation (please provide breed and weight when booking). A pet fee does apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other animals.

Whether you’re relaxing on the deck, enjoying a sunset paddle, or gathering around the dining table, Spring Harbor Lodge offers the perfect blend of vintage lakeside charm and modern comfort for a truly memorable stay on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Our stay at the lodge was amazing. The house was clean and easy to navigate. Everything that you could think of was already there at the house. The kitchen is updated and the appliances were brand new. The fire pit and and grill were ready to go with propane and were a great addition. Beth and her family answered all of my questions before and even during our trip. I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Second year at the lodge. House was once again perfect. Our host checked in to say hello and make sure everything was tip top. Lounging on the dock with drinks and friends, watching the loon’s nest across the channel has become our new favorite pastime. This stay was spectacular

Great stay at the Lake!

We had a great week at the Spring Harbor. The house had everything we needed, was in a great location with easy access to the water and was super comfortable. The Lilly Family was great at communicating and answering questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, Welcoming, We wanted for nothing!

Beautiful home with warm woodwork throughout. The entire house was immaculate. Fabulous front porch for playing games or setting up a puzzle for the week. Excellent access to the water - and 4 kayaks for our use was wonderful. We had 3 generations together for the week and the house was perfect - there was space for everyone, plenty of towels, and everything was fully stocked - from kitchen utensils to toilet paper! Thank you so much.
