Fully remodeled in 2023, our cozy yet modern cabin is an ideal getaway for vacations or remote work.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin and riverfront beach. Plenty of parking in the driveway. A small trail in the backyard leads directly to the river.

House rules:
• No-Smoking Policy: This cabin strictly prohibits smoking and drugs, including cigarettes and any vapor-producing products. Any evidence or lingering smell of smoke or drugs will result in a $500 penalty fee.
• Pet policy: If you plan to bring a pet, please ensure that you add the pet to your reservation, as a $100 fee will be included. We are pet-friendly for dogs only, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed under 50 lbs each.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs may incur fees equivalent to a half day's rate and tax. Extended late check-outs beyond 1 hour may result in a charge equivalent to a full day's rate and tax.
• Security: Tampering with security cameras or the WiFi system during the stay is strictly prohibited.
• Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Any significant damages must be reported immediately.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions or natural

Other things to note:
• Use caution around the river: In summer, water levels are lower and generally safe, but currents may vary. In other seasons, strong currents and rapid water level changes occur, so exercise extreme care near the water.
• The cabin is part of a community with other nearby cabins (not secluded). Thanks for being respectful and keeping it quiet after 10 pm.
• The cabin is situated in a wooded area, exposing guests to weather, wildlife, including pests, and occasional utility outages. Despite regular pest control and diligent cleaning, uninvited pests might be present.
• Firewood and fire starters are not supplied; please purchase them on your way to the cabin.
• Kids should be supervised at all times. Everyone staying at the cabin must be 21 or older unless accompanied by a parent.
• May need AWD or tire chains appropriately in late fall and winter.
• Events are not allowed. Private elopements are welcome.
• Visitors are not allowed without permission.
• Citywide Fire bans happen occasionally, and we must abide.
