🗻We are on the slope with a full view to the North East. Dobie Mountain Condominium: 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath and recently updated. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, sunroom, extra-large loft, custom barn doors, full laundry room, and heated ski closet are beautiful!! THE LARGEST DOBIE CONDO floor plan. 🪵The stone fireplace and spectacular views overlooking the slopes make this the perfect spot for skiers and nonskiers.

⛷🏂 For the skiers: clip in just feet from the back deck, and off you go. Start something savory in the full-service kitchen.

🔥📖 🧶For the nonskiers, and curl up by the fire with a great book. You don't have to leave the condo to watch the skiers on the slopes! The unit is 500 ft from the Mountain Inn, restaurants, ski rentals, lift ticket office, and more!

🏈📺🎮 Comes with Youtube TV w/ NFL Pass and ChromeCast to watch your favorite teams, shows, and more! Perfect place to come and "work-from-home" for the week with our high-speed wifi! 🚙Includes a parking space (contact for extra parking information).

Although well known for the ski season, spring, summer, and autumn are also favorite times to visit Wintergreen. A sampling of outdoor activities includes 🥾hiking, 🍷wine tasting, antiquing, and 🎵music festivals. A personal favorite: take the Highlands Hiking trail to the overlook (seen above) and continue to Fire and Frost for a morning patisserie or evening slice! Everything is centrally located, and most activities are within a short walk.

🚸🧒👶For young children, The Treehouse is a one-minute walk from the condo and offers half and full-day children's activities.

Cozy condo in an ideal location!

The location was incredibly convenient for renting equipment, going to the store, and skiing. The unit was the perfect size for our group of three families with children. While there are a few flights of stairs to navigate when unloading and heading out for skiing, it wasn’t a major issue. Note that there is only one dedicated parking spot—any additional cars will need to find a spot in the nearby lots. We really enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided) and the beautiful views from the living room window and balcony. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect location ski in/ski out

We had a wonderful weekend skiing with our kids at this condo - perfect location to easily ski in/ski out and walk to restaurants, etc. The kitchen has everything you can think of to make any meal and there's plenty of space for kids to each have their own bed. Beautifully decorated and updated place!

Excellent location and space!

The location of this property is ideal for walking right onto the slope. It’s also a very short walk to the Village for dining, picking up skis, etc. The host was very responsive and even provided a new crock pot at our request. There was plenty of space for two families of four. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you have FOMO about where to stay, don't worry: we have tried them all, and this is THE BEST location! After moving around between the Dobie condominiums, Tyro, and off the slopes, we have found the top of Dobie is great for dining and shopping. Not only that, you can walk 100 ft out the door and SKI straight to the lift office! No driving around needed at all! We are also next to the Highland's hiking trail, which you can take up to the WinterGarden, sunrise lookouts, or Fire and Frost.

The vaulted ceilings, designer lighting, hand-crafted solid oak staircase, and custom barn doors are a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of the Shenandoah Valley. After our first renovation in 2015, we blew out the loft closed to find an extra 150 sq ft, which has become our full-size laundry room, yoga studio, and occasionally guest space (air mattress/trundle included). This makes us OFFICIALLY the largest Dobie condo! You literally cannot get closer to the slopes than this.
