Perfectly located within minutes of local restaurants and attractions. We visited the City Museum and the Arch along with other wonderful places. The house has a ping pong table in the basement that kept the kids busy for hours. Plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable.

Great Quick Getaway

Great property, roomy, clean and very good location for quick access to many popular tourist sites. Neighborhood was quiet. Nice small fenced yard for our dog. Highly recommend, would do it again!!

Stunning townhome

I had a pleasant staycation for my 26th birthday. This home is beautiful, clean, and communication was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Was so sad to leave!

Property was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of space for gathering and sleeping. A few issues were that none of the televisions in the bedrooms worked. Smart TV’s could fix this issue. The master bedroom could use some curtains. The room is way too bright. Maybe even curtains over all the windows that way if guests don’t like natural lights they can close the curtains. Also, it could use more cooking supplies. Other than that, my guests and I enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

There were 6 of us staying in the property and it worked out really well for us. The living room/kitchen area was a great place for hanging out. The bedrooms were spacious and it slept 6 comfortably. The host was responsive to questions, etc. About a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. Great weekend!

Great location, great property for family or friends

This was exactly what the listing showed. Very centralized location to get to anything we wanted to go to. There is a really nice quaint restaurant one block over to enjoy breakfast and lunch

Family Get-Away

Great, convenient property. Very clean and modern. It is just like the description and pictures on listing. There were 3 adults and 2 children, ages 11 and 13 in our party. It was very comfortable for all of us to spread out and have our own beds. We went to City Museum, zoo, Grant’s Farm, and The Arch while there. Location of property was great for all these sites. It does have 3 levels so be mindful of many stairs. We were fine with that as saw that in description. Host always available if needed. We had no issues while there. We would stay there again if we are back in area.

Really nice property in downtown St. Louis

Came to St. Louis for a wedding and mini vacation. The property was just as described. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful and A/C worked beautifully! The 2 car garage was an added benefit. This location was perfect to see St. Louis sites such as the Arch, Science Center, Zoo and is close to highways. The area is historical and undergoing gentrification. A good mix of new and historical architecture. Our host was very accommodating and communication was prompt. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

The host was able to accommodate our group which was a couple people larger than the limit that was listed. Was also able to accommodate an earlier check in as we arrived very early from out of state. Communication was good and we were able to ask questions or voice concerns with a quick answer.

St Louis stay

We were in St Louis for a continuing education conference, and this stay ended up being a perfect home away from home after a long day in a conference room. It is in a nice neighborhood, the house and amenities are lovely, and they even have a fenced in backyard for my dog to frolick in! The host was super kind and communicates well, and even made recommendations for places to eat and things to do in our downtime. It was a great experience!

Cardinals game

My wife and I met another couple in St. Louis to catch a Cardinals game. This turned out to be the perfect place to stay. It was convenient to everything. Less than a 10 minute drive to all the major attractions. It is also a very recent build, so everything was in great condition.

Nice Stay!

Very pleased with our recent stay. Extremely close to I-44 and I-64 for getting around St Louis. Property is a newer build in the area and stands out as a modern place for your stay. Three levels with all bedrooms on the third level. Other amenities were as described and well appointed. Property owner was responsive to questions and any concerns that arose during stay. Highly recommend that if a stay in St Louis and this area fits your needs, book this one!

Marvelously Modern!

Great location! Ladies getaway for a week end trip with family from Kentucky (Derby City) . We made a great choice with this home . Pleasantly clean and equipped with everything you need to make your stay like home. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen had a great clean smell. Loved the accessibility to the attached garage and location was good. Quite neighborhood minutes to the expressway and attractions The host was great with responding to my messages in a timely manner. We will definitely book this again when returning to St. Louis.

New year's eve getaway!

My husbands a military veteran and we love to travel we are from ohio but wanted to visit St Louis to see somwhere new. This place is a newly bulit home located in a up and coming neighborhood. I was worried about the neighborhood but it was just fine we barely even seen anyone. The house is absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. There was 6 in our party and not once did we feel cramped or no privacy. Host answered any questions I had and the garage to park in was an added bonus as well as being pet friendly! If I ever came back to STL this is where id go!
