We were pleasantly surprised, the place was a bit small, but clean and nicely decorated. The host had excellent communication and responded back quickly.I would recommend a new power strip in the kitchen, as the present one did not allow the toaster oven or the coffee maker to work unless they were plugged directly in the wall outlet. Also, it would be nice to include a hair dryer in the bath room amenities. Last but not least, I would recommend the host to include written instructions or manuals on how to use the appliances, such as stove, coffee maker, wash machine, etc. Our previous stays at other places included all these. It does help when one is not used to more modern appliances.Overall I recommend this place and would stay there again. The location and price was well worth it.

Not bad for the money, ammenities not entirely accurate

Located in a very nice neighborhood, this apartment got the job done for a quick trip to visit family. Main complaints are that there were no A/C controls in the apartment and it got very warm each night we were there. The only way to get the temperature adjusted was to message the owner through the app and wait for them to reply, which took quite a while. The property also mentioned having a pool, which it did, but we did not have access. The kitchen faucet was loose and a shelf next to the fridge was falling off the wall. There were also no checkout instructions sent so we were unclear on what, if anything, needed to be done prior to our departure.

Temperature - Guest requested that temp be turned down. I turned down the temp yo 70. The thermostat is set to auto, if the temp outside is not hot the thermostat wok not kickj on. Pool - The HOA changed the acces from a code access to a keyed access. I have not received the key as yet. I informed the guest of this. Shelving - The Shelving was damaged by a previous guest. I didn't have time to get someone to fix, i tried to fix, but it wasn't sturdy. The guest placed a glass vase from the dining table on the shelf that caused it to buckle. Faucet - This was also something I noticed after the previous guest left. This and the shelving i didn't have time in between guest to have someone come in and fix. I will having someone come in to fix these two issues. Checking out - I have an autumatef message that goes out for the guest checking out. I got a new phone and this caused the mesd not to be sent. I don't require my guest to do anything in particular when checking out. I just ask that they make sure the lights and appliances are turned off. The key is left outside of the guest suite on the door handle and the front door is locked.
