Our 19th-century village home and attached apartment, located in the center of town on a quiet street, is ideally situated between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, Lake Léman, and other landmarks of Haute-Savoie. This unique property offers the perfect combination of historical charm and modern comfort. Original features (such as exposed beams, stone walls, and chains) are complemented by 6 sleeping areas, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, covered terrace, 2 balconies, laundry, and backyard.
This property is composed of two parts: the main house and the semi-attached apartment. These parts can be rented separately if desired (see my profile for the individual listings).

Prior to checking out, we kindly request that you:

2) Load and start the dishwasher
3) Take out the trash
4) Ensure radiators are on (cold months only)
5) Return borrowed items

7) Lock exterior doors/windows
8) Return the keys to the lockbox
You will have private access to the entire house, covered terrace, and unfenced back garden, semi-detached apartment, and balcony. The front courtyard is shared with 3 other neighbors. As this is a village home, the house shares two very thick walls with its neighbors.
✽ There are 3 parking spots available on the property. Additional free parking is available down the street (contact me for details).
✽ This home may not be suitable if you have difficulty navigating stairs without handrails.
✽ While we offer a Pack n' Play and highchair, we do not have baby gates or outlet covers which may make this home unsuitable for infants.
✽ This is an old village home. We take every effort to minimize spiders and other insects, but you may see some during your stay.
✽ The black wood stove on the kitchen level is inoperable, but we have radiant heating throughout the home.
✽ There is a nearby church that rings bells during the day. We find the sound charming, but please be aware if you are sensitive to noise.
✽ We have exterior cameras facing the front courtyard and back garden for security. These motion-triggered cameras record video and function 24/7.
