Great location and only a 5-minute walk to the Peru lift. Lots of room in the condo but missing a handful of non essential items like an ice maker, sink stopper, coffee, salt and pepper. Nothing significant though. Two outdoor hot tubs on the property and covered parking are an added bonus.

Great location and views! The floors were pretty dirty though and the dryer made an awful squeaking noise.

Everything was great except the closest lift was not .1 of a mile. 500 steps to the lift in ski boots is a haul.

Comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5, larger bedrooms than common area so better for families than groups. Also lacking a few amenities like coffee filters, cooking spray, and a broom (dustpan, but no brush). There was a vacuum. Location was great, hot tubs were great but a bit of an icy walk from the common area and it’s bring your own towels, which we didn’t know either. Covered parking was clutch because there was an ice storm during our stay. Host was responsive to my question and answered within the hour. Be advised that the door code stops working promptly at 10:00am.I couldn’t get back in the unit to hang up the parking pass. I would recommend and stay again.

Enjoyed our Stay!

The unit itself was clean, exactly as described/pictured, and had some old lovely charm. Definitely outdated in some ways, but it makes up for it with rustic charm! The building was a bit hard to navigate and old elevator, but not an issue.

Very comfortable and clean unit, beds were great! Convenient to everything and short drive to Breckinridge. There was no pantry for food that we found which didn’t impact us since we were only there for 2 nights and ate out. If we were staying for a week, we would have had to get creative! There is an elevator from the garage which made it nice.Also a big note, the hall bathroom’s shower is VERY small. We are average sized people but If a larger person had to use this bathroom I doubt it would work. It was smaller than telephone booth! Other than that I would highly recommend!

East coast skier- who came to enjoy the West!

Wonderful well taken care of condo with Breath taking views of Keystone Mtn trails

Great location within a 6 min walk to Mountain House base area & lifts. Wonderful views both during the day & at nite (nite skiing) of the mountains trails. Condo was fully stocked and Sofa bed was new as were some of the appliances. Close to restaurants & shopping. Underground parking with EV chargers. We enjoyed the hot tubs after a day on the mtn!

The stay overall was fine. Cute and clean, this rental was charming. We couldn’t use the dryer though because there was no detergent and they said they couldn’t bring it by until the following day. Understandable except that’s when we were supposed to check out. Also it turned out we couldn’t use the dryer. it was squeaking so loud. It was a good thing we checked before starting the washer. The bed is firm- good if you’re a back sleeper, not so good if you are a side sleeper. This is the first time I really could not get comfortable in a Vrbo or hotel bed. The walls are thin and if there is a party upstairs you will hear it. There are rules against having parties into the night but no one really enforces it. There are two bedrooms and theoretically you can fit 5, but that would be a very very cozy 5. We are a family of three and it was about the right size for us. Otherwise it is fine.

Great unit and amenities. Comfortable, clean, and great location. Only issue was communication. Needed to call VRBO to get in contact w the host and get clarification on check in. Host should put their contact and check in/out instructions in the app so it’s easier to access. Also, unit and parking garage was hard to find. Could use a map or some directions to find them.
