From the wrap around decks you can see Bottlenose Dolphins, Roseate Spoonbills, Osprey, Great Horned Owls and many other birds. Walkable to everything in town, this two-story gem seamlessly blends comfort and coastal charm, promising an unforgettable getaway.

As you step onto the ground floor, a spacious entryway welcomes you into this seaside haven. Discover a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and little Keurig coffee bar for those who like to start the morning with a fresh brew. A cozy bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and an abundance of natural light streaming through windows. The second bedroom on this level has Gulf views, a trundle bed offering 2 twins, a collection of books, and a record player for a touch of nostalgia. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and take a deep breath as you soak in the fresh island air.

Venture upstairs to find a bright and airy open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows. The living area has ample seating for 6, a large TV, and a gas fireplace to keep you warm on cooler winter days. The dining area seamlessly flows into a chef`s dream kitchen complete with a granite island and every imaginable amenity for cooking and entertaining. From every angle you will enjoy the views of water.

Down the hall, a generously sized bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and sunset water views. The adjacent full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. For your convenience, the upstairs also holds a washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the wrap around deck where you will find plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy your time here on the island.

-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
