As a reminder, we don't allow pets nor smoking. 4 guests is the maximum group size allowed. No parties. Please note the outdoor furniture may not be accessible during winter season. You need a four-wheel drive vehicle during winter season. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)
