An on-site snack bar adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Royal Gardens Resort is within walking distance to Garden City Pier for fishing plus restaurants and entertainment. Great golf options are also within easy reach of home.

Recent (2020) updates include fresh paint and new appliances like a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for stress-free meal planning. The ocean-view balcony presents a scenic perch for coffee or cocktails. Free WiFi and cable TV are provided for web browsing, remote working, and home entertainment. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer.

Access to the balcony was blocked. View of the ocean was blocked by blue film all over the sliding glass doors. Balcony furniture was piled up in the living room. Entire apartment was covered with construction dust.

It was a clean condo. It’s an older resort but nice enough. The mattress in the master could be better. All in all a great stay.

Great location and nice amenities - plan to stay again.

This place met our expectations and needs for our vacation. This was the first time we stated on higher floor condo and it was not a problem. The elevator worked efficiently. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and the room location gave us privacy from the hustle and bustle. Pleasant surprise was the Salty Pickle restaurant, we ate there several times. Staff at the resort were very pleasant and kept the public areas very clean. Located right on the beach was the best perk. We plan to stay here again! Be mindful of the parking garage, parking is tight especially for large SUVs and trucks.

Just as expected

Great experience. The condo was clean and everything matched the listing. Vacasa provided a welcome kit with dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent and a fresh sponge which was such a nice touch! The only thing the place didn’t have was a hairdryer, so bring your own. We’ll be back!

Happy Vacation

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is exactly as pictured. Check in was very convenient and I was also able to do a late check out for a small fee. I would definitely stay here again and use Vacasa.

Nice place to stay

we loved the amenities having beach chairs and an umbrella was really nice. The condo was on the 15th floor and had a great balcony with four chairs two tables and had an amazing view of the ocean in the beach. The condo had two bedrooms as there were four of us. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms only had a trundle bed, which did not quite match up so two of us, kind of had to sleep in a twin bed situation and the bedroom was very very small barely enough room to put a suitcase. The other bathroom was very small and the shower very small. The master bedroom, however, was beautiful very big and had a wonderful bathroom with a nice shower. I would not recommend this for two couples, but a family with kids would work better. Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay. It was convenient to the area restaurants and plenty of things to do. Also, right on the beach with a great swimming pool and bar area with a grill that had good food.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This stay was so terrible that we didn't stay a 2nd night. Ceiling was leaking in living room so there was a huge puddle of water in the floor, sliding door handle was broken, literally poop in the bathroom floor, soiled sheets, splatters on walls, floor was disgusting. Pull out couch bed was broken, so we had 5 people and only enough beds to sleep 4. I called immediately after checking in (4pm) and did not hear anything back despite being told we'd hear from local management very soon due to the severity of issues. I was charged for the full booking & cleaning fee, then refunded $112 for "missed cleaning". I said I should receive at least the 2nd night's cost since we checked out before 10am that morning and had to book another place to stay. They refunded another $48. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Customer service was awful since nobody showed up. I never got to speak to the local property manager and was told they don't have a number for them, just an email (that they wouldn't give me so I could discuss directly).

Standing over the ocean!!

We have never had a balcony so close to the beach. The beach and water are right under you!!! Good location. It was close to pretty much everything we did.

Great View

Great views for sunny days and nice to watch a storm roll in off the ocean. I would have put the tv on the opposite wall so you would have a better view of the ocean from the couch.
