The location of this property was exactly as described, right on the beach with generous free parking. The directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The beach has the remnants of Mulberry Harbor B and at low tide you can walk out to the edges of the structure. It was inspiring to see. The unit itself was okay. The sofa cushion is one bed and there is a second foam trundle type mattress that can be put together with the sofa cushion or used separately. But the owner has very specific rules about everything. There is one duvet for the sofa/bed combo so you can’t separate the beds without incurring an additional charge. Also the kitchen is stocked with minimal essentials and instructions saying that if you use the last of anything you must replace it. Bed linens are on a shelf mounted about the front door , there is a ladder that you must get and climb to access the linens. I am in my 70’s and wasn’t comfortable climbing so high on a ladder. Apparently the owner has had multiple bad experiences with guests leaving the apartment in horrible condition and the cleaning instructions for the guests were excessive based on any of our previous experiences
