The Space:
Indulge yourself in this refreshing suite with brand new king bed and plush sofa bed, full fridge, microwave and dual brew coffee maker. Kick back in our shared living room downstairs or private living room upstairs en suite. Or savor a cup of coffee in our outdoor seating areas. Private bath with shower. Gourmet kitchen available for guests as well!

Self check-in is easy and convenient with our touchscreen smartlock, so you can simply relax and unwind in your home away from home.

If you want to "escape" the hustle... get away from it all... this is the gift you've been waiting for :)

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the Azalea suite. You may see friendly faces now and then as other guests may be staying at other listings on the property. The private living room and kitchenette are yours to enjoy, but the larger living room and kitchen downstairs may be shared if we have other guests on the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the very heart of downtown Mount Dora, only minutes from delicious boutique restaurants, fine dining, and charming local shops. This is a truly unique place. 38 minutes from downtown Orlando.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available on-demand, and of course the area is quite walkable as well with many shoppes and tasty tidbits nearby :)

"Can you give me a discount?"

I'm happy to offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% discount for monthly stays.

"Do you have reliable Internet & WiFi?"

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 15% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through this app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

"What kind of coffee maker do you have?"

We have a drip coffee machine, it can brew a steaming hot cup with single-serving or an entire pot of fresh coffee, per your preference. I’m also happy to provide coffee and filters, on the house :) If you have a specific brand of coffee that you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that, too.
