Sidewalks are easily accessible so you can walk or bike ride to most places. Check out Deer Lake State Park with your family and bask in the sun as you enjoy a gorgeous picnic on the picnic tables. Or, head downtown to indulge yourself in some shopping and fine dining. You'll be just across the street from the highly-rated Old Florida Fish House which has live music, shopping, and activities for the whole family. Views of the on-site pool from the condo's private balcony will be calling you to enjoy a soak in the sparkling waters.

The updated interior comes comfortably furnished and thoughtfully furnished to meet all your needs. The full kitchen is equipped for on-the-go snacking or home cooking, and the dining table sets the stage for meals or family game nights. The living room offers an open space to kick back and stream shows or movies on the smart TV. The primary bedroom includes an additional smart TV and a private bathroom. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
