The location looks like the pics. Good overall stay. Several issues need to be taken care of. At least 4 light bulbs are bad. The bucket of smelly water under the kit sink should be emptied and the leak fixed. It says pet friendly. The house is but the location has no grass. Just concrete and rocks

Family vacation

We take a yearly trip to beach. Propert was great location to beach and accommodating to our little children. Great pool and playground for entertainment.

Great location with everything we needed

Had a great stay with our large family group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to be able to prepare meals, kids loved the splash pad and pool. Young children in the group enjoyed the small playground that was also located next to the pool area, convenient location for groups wanting to spend some time on the beach. Very short distance to white cat Beach. Will definitely consider property again when in the area with family.

False Listing and Rude Management

Decor and location were nice, BUT that was it sadly. We booked it for the main reason of it having a heated pool (in cover photo and mentioned multiple places in listing) and being ground level (listing stated). We came in Dec and had multiple kids and our oldest is handicapped and wheelchair bound. Spoke to Robert two days before and he asked who was coming so we confirmed which means he was aware of kids and accessibility needs. We got there and the pool was closed. It was half empty and getting work done so not something the manager would be “unaware of.” Also the ground level was inaccurate as its two story with bedrooms upstairs. I messaged Robert and he was rude and uncaring. He replied at 7p and told us the pool being closed wasn’t his issue and that our son could just sleep on the fold out sofa and if that didn’t work then we could pack up (our 4 kids and dog after a 3 hr drive there) and leave immediately for a refund. He didn’t reply to any of my messages after that. Many things were broken like the toilet not flushing and two of the three toilets were covered in mold. The white towels were dingy and stained. This was our vacation that we booked with our hard earned money and we shouldn’t have had to be uncomfortable due to a false description. We didn’t want to ruin the stay for our kids so we made the best of it. But we definitely wont be coming back to this place and highly recommend no one else does.

Leeward stay

Awesome location: close enough to walk to the beach. Great options for family; clean, spacious property, super easy check in & out. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially family with kids.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all of us. We would stay here again if we ever visit the area again. The kids loved that there was a pool and playground right out our back door. We loved that we could just walk down to the beach and see the sea turtles

Great location and size

We had a blast being near the beach. Maybe would recommend providing a blender for us moms that like to at least make breakfast for the fanily in the mornings :) other than that was great. Would consider coming back.

Holiday get away

I absolutely loved this property! The house was very spacious, clean and a great location! We did have some trouble with our back door but I was able to talk to the owner who offered to fix. It was a little inconvenient for us to go around, because we had a door but we made it work. I loved that we were able to rent a golf cart as well from the same owner. It was the best thing! All in all, loved my Holiday get away and I hope to stay again. Thank you!!

This location was excellent for our group of 7 and super comfortable. Property is very spacious and provides the perfect ambience for a get away. Proximity to the pool which was literally steps away from the backyard was convenient with little ones. Beach was also close by, about a 10 minute walk. Facility was clean and host was responsive.

Excellent location and great amenities

The location was very close to the beach and very clean and comfortable. The pool and playground was a huge hit for my children and the rental was in extremely close to both of those. Would definitely stay again.
