Designed for groups who want space and privacy: this rare 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse gives every bedroom its own private en-suite bathroom — no sharing, no waiting.
Located in North Charleston’s Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, about 10 minutes from Downtown Charleston, this three-story home is ideal for multiple couples, families, wedding groups, and longer stays.
This newly built, three-story townhouse is designed specifically for group travel that needs space, privacy, and straightforward logistics. With four bedrooms and four full en-suite bathrooms, each guest has their own private bathroom throughout the stay.
The main living level features comfortable group seating with a large sectional and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and ample counter and cabinet space for shared meals.

Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

We loved our stay! We were here for my bachelorette trip this past weekend and enjoyed the property. Parking was super convenient, as well as communication with the property owner. The place was very clean upon arrival, and cozy for hosting a group. We loved the location, 10 min from Walmart, walking distance to coffee shops, 20 ish min from Downtown Charleston, and we found that Ubers were relatively inexpensive getting back and forth.

The home was perfect for our family gathering. The living space was large enough to comfortably enjoy fireside chats and the bedrooms with private bathrooms made it easy. It’s much more spacious than it appears!

Yearly friends reunion
The property size, layout and accommodations were excellent for our party of eight. Four bedrooms, each with a private bath is what we look for each year. This location also included a half bath on the main floor for everyone to use. On the not so positive side, the property was not as clean as we are accustom to, and when brought to the attention of the 'owner' through the VRBO message feature, no response. We cleaned and sent pictures of the dirty cloths and dust ridden areas, and one of the light bulbs was out in the downstairs bath room. We asked about an ironing board; we never found it. We were ignored. After finally locating a phone number near the end of our visit, I called to the office about an item that was left behind. They located the item and shipped it right away. Would I rent this property again or recommend it, no. bath. A great plus
