Our VRBO is located in beautiful downtown Charleston and just minutes away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. Please note: There is ongoing construction nearby during daytime hours, which may cause some noise. We have taken steps to minimize its impact on your stay and are happy to answer any questions.

The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Great location

Perfect location right there downtown Charleston. Plenty of space for us 9 girls that went. Property managers were very responsive. My only “complaint” would be that the bed in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, like a very hard firm mattress which isn’t my cup of tea but we made do! .

Great hosts and location!

Wonderful place to explore from on foot. The Boroughs were terrific hosts.They provided quick responses to questions and gave us some very helpful suggestions on where to go
